In today's century, millions of Filipino millennials are dealing with financial stress.
Based on Deloitte Global’s 2022 Gen Z and Millennial Survey, 48 percent of Filipino
echo boomers are feeling anxious about their current financial situation. This issue is a
significant concern in the Philippines, which can lead to increased levels of burnouts
and stress, and can delay major life milestones on an individual.

Subsequently, these individuals feel substantial anxiety about their jobs and long-
term financial stability, such as buying a home and starting a family. This delay can
result to feelings of frustration and disappointment. Moreover, this financial strain also
place a burden on their families, as Filipino culture places a high importance on family
ties and responsibilities.

To sum up, financial stress is a widespread and global issue experienced by Filipino
millennials that leads to higher levels of burnout and stress, delay important life goals,
and place a burden on their families. their financies, reduce stress, prevent burnout, and
have a healthy work-life balance.
