I. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define to Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. (CLC) how
workstations are to be used by the CLC workforce and affiliated third parties.

II. Policy

It is the policy of CLC to assign workstations to workforce members and affiliated third parties
specifically for business use. Such workstations shall be maintained by the information
technology (IT) support staff.

Incidental use of workstations for personal use is permitted provided such use does not
interfere with productivity, business or is in conflict with “User Responsibilities” as outlined in
this policy and procedure.

III. Procedure

1. Workstation assignment requires management level approval and shall be assigned to


workforce members and affiliated third parties on an as needed basis.

2. Workstations will be set up and maintained by IT support staff.

3. Standard configuration for different classes of workstations (e.g., laptops, workstations not
connected to the Internet, workstations used to access patient-member information, etc.)
shall be managed by IT support staff.

4. Workstations are for the use of workforce members and affiliated third parties assigned a
workstation and are not for unauthorized use.

5. Workforce members and affiliated third parties are not to install unapproved software on
workstations. This includes personal software, non-approved business. Workforce members
and affiliated third parties are not allowed to download software from the Internet and
install the software on the workstation.

6. Software installation must be approved by a supervisor and IT Manager and installed by IT


support staff.

7. Software installed on workstations must be fully licensed with licenses tracked by IT support
staff.

8. If the assigned workstation will be used at a remote location, workforce members and
affiliated third parties are prohibited from modifying the workstation configuration following
assignment without prior approval from CEO.
