In order to implement BYOD into an entire firm there is an abundance of management, organizational, and technological
aspects that need strong awareness and protection. The way that we would look at it, the company is trying to save money
by covering IT costs however, creating more work for the management and organization. In the text it states “According to
several studies. Although BYOD can improve employee job satisfaction and productivity, it also can cause several problems
if not managed properly.” Therefore, it's not worth trying to save money and on the other side creating a hassle for the
company. Furthermore, the cost of managing mobile devices can increase, and protecting corporate data and networks
becomes more difficult when every employee brings his or her own device to work. IT departments also lose almost all
control over the hardware. They cannot control what apps or programs are installed, how the devices are secured, or what
files are downloaded. Moreover, if this cannot be controlled employees would be able to misuse business time and money
with their personal life. The inability to control the hardware creates more vulnerability to the company. “That is the big
tradeoff with BYOD: offering employees greater flexibility while potentially exposing the company to danger.” All in all,
BYOD creates more work, problems, and vulnerability within a company as they are trying to save money, therefore
companies should not allow the use of smartphones during work.

more likely to work faster and more efficiently. For example, they understand
how to use the device efficiently to avoid lagging, access relevant data folders,
conduct searches, communicate with others, and so on. Employees will need to
spend a significant amount of time getting used to a corporate device.
Furthermore, the company will not have to worry about incurring expenses to
G
purchase the necessary devices. The organization will instead concentrate on
reimbursement for the monthly data plan. As a result, the current approach to
managing staff needs can be redesigned to be more employee-focused,
increasing staff satisfaction rates. Therefore, employee loyalty will increase.

BY AVOIDING THE PURCHASE OF SMARTPHONES,
THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
STRATEGY IS IMPROVED.

Employees will no longer be required to purchase devices for the staff's needs
because they will use their smartphones for work-related communication. So a
substantial sum of money will be saved. As a result, the funds can be used to
supplement funds for other company-related processes. The financial resources
in question can later be used to focus on other aspects of the firm's operations,

such as R&D. Consequently, developing a competitive advantage may become a
possibility. Alternatively, the funds can be used to aid in the expansion of the
company's supply chain and the improvement of logistics processes. In other
words, the company will save money while maintaining the required high level of
performance from its employees.
THE END.
