A. Landmasses

Landmasses refer to the total area of a country or geographical region which includes supercontinents,
continents, and islands.

1. Supercontinent It is a grouping of formerly dispersed spread continents.

2. Continent It is mainly surrounded by seas and usually consists of various countries.

3. Island It is an area of land smaller than a continent and entirely surrounded by water.

B. Bodies of Water

Bodies of water refer to oceans, seas, and lakes but smaller pools of water such as ponds, stagnant
water or puddles.

1. Ocean -It is a continuous body of salt water that covers more than 70 percent of the Earths’ surface.

2. Sea It is smaller than ocean and is usually located where land and ocean meet.

3. Lake - It is a body of stagnant water which is surrounded by land.

4. River - It is a natural and free flowing body of water.

5. Canal - It is a passage of water to pass through and transport ships and boats.

Digestive system is the system responsible for breaking down food particles and give nutrients to the
different parts of the body. It is a complex process of turning the food you eat into nutrients which our
body uses for energy, growth, and cell repair needed to survive. There are four stages of digestion
namely the ingestion, digestion, absorption, and excretion. Digestion of food is carried out by the
organs and substances of the digestive system.

. The moment you put food in your mouth, the digestion process begins. The first step of the digestion
process is Ingestion. It refers to the entry of food into the alimentary canal through the mouth. When
food is ingested into your mouth, your teeth, tongue, and saliva work together to begin the process of
digestion.

Momentum any moving object with a quantity of matter has momentum.. Momentum simply means
"mass in motion." It is equal to the product of mass and velocity.

Constant means there is no change. Therefore, there is no impulse or zero impulse for objects moving
with constant momentum.

Mathematically, it is expressed as
