課堂目標:
● 了解“襌繞畫是什麼？”
● 將你的感覺變成圖案。
● 通過襌繞畫繪製表達您對中學生活的感覺和想法。

Learning Objective:
● Get to know ‘What is Zentangle?’
● Transform your feelings into pattern drawing.
● Express your feeling and thought about the secondary
school life through zentangle pattern drawing.
 What is a Zentangle?
什麼是禪繞畫?
Zen = state of focus or concentration
Tangle = twist together
「禪」:高度集中或專注的一種精神
「繞」:圍着轉、彎曲的前進

 步驟一 Step 1 (~6mins)
在迷你心形上繪畫 Draw on Small Heart
★ 用黑色和冷色（紫色、藍色、淺藍色）
Use black and cool colours(PURPLE, BLUE, LIGHT BLUE)

★ 將你的負面情緒轉化為圖像
Transform your negative feelings into images

的擔憂
★ Express worries

在大心形上繪畫 Draw on Small Heart
★ 用暖色（紅色, 橙色, 黃色, 粉紅, 啡色, 淺綠色）
Use warm colours(RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, PINK, BROWN, LIGHT GREEN)

★ 將你的正面情緒轉化為圖像
Transform your positive feelings into images

★ 抒發對中學生活
的希望/期盼
★ Express hopes
about secondary

★ 添加與這些情緒

★ Add zentangle

★ 可以加入閃石貼紙
★ Add limestone stickers
