About Us
The Trust has been set-up to own, construct, operate, maintain and invest as an Infrastructure
Investment Trust (InvIT) as permissible under SEBI InvIT Regulations, including in power transmission
assets in India.

The underlying assets of the Trust presently include five inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) projects
implemented under the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) mechanism.

The units of the Trust are listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.
