Subject: Reply to Complaint No. N202324023660619 dated 20/02/2024 filed by


Ms. Seemran Pingale.

Sir/Madam,

With reference to the above-mentioned Complaint filed against our Company

namely M/s Goodskill Securities and Services Limited a Non-Deposit taking NBFC

through our Product namely “LoanPey” ("Our Company").

PRELIMINARY SUBMISSIONS:

That the Complainant namely Ms. Seemran Pingale (“Complainant”) had filed a
misinformed complaint against Our Company, without any exceptions. It is
pertinent to mention here that Our Company being a reputed company registered
with the Reserve Bank of India, follows, and abides by all the circulars and
regulations laid down by the Reserve Bank of India as is well within the rights as
provided by the circulars of the Reserve Bank. That the complainant took a loan
from our company on 16th January 2024, payable on or before 13 th February 2024
without any exceptions, but the complainant failed to pay the same and is making
frivolous excuses and accusing to delay the payment. (COPY OF THE LOAN
AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED AS ANNEXURE A1 (COLLY.))

PARAWISE REPLY TO THE COMPLAINT:


1. That the Complaint is wrong and denied by our Company, without any
exceptions. The grievances mentioned in the Complaint are misinformed and
that our Company follows and abides by all the circulars and regulations laid
down by the Reserve Bank, without any exceptions.
2. That Complainant being in dire need of money approached us for an
unsecured loan and committed to repay the loan amount within the stipulated
time and that she did not make any payment and on being approached always
gave frivolous excuses to delay the re-payment of the unsecured loan she took
and till date the complainant had not made any part payment against the loan
taken by the complainant from our company.
3. The actual Loan repayment date was 13th February 2024, and the complainant
has failed to make any payments, even being asked, and requested to pay
several times, she ignored and did not pay any amount. The Complainant on
being approached on the Repayment Date, did not respond to the calls and
Emails of our Company, and that is when the Complainant came into contact
with our Company and gave frivolous excuses to repay the loan soon since
then not made any part payment to date.
4. The Complainant made many frivolous complaints against our Company with
the Reserve Bank of India with similar facts and circumstances that are devoid
of merits and denied by our Company, without any exceptions.
5. That Our Company strictly adheres to and/or follows the fair practice code as
prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India, without any exceptions and Our
Company has carried out its operations as per the fair practice code with the
Complainant.
6. That the complaint filed by the Complainant is devoid of merits and for the
perusal of your esteemed Our Company is ready for any kind of audit or
examination of our records, without any exceptions.

PRAYER:-
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before the Reserve Bank of India that in

view of the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the Reserve Bank of India

may graciously be pleased to:-

A. Dismiss Complaint No. N202324023660619 dated 20/02/2024 filed by

Ms. Seemran Pingale. as the Reserve Bank of India may deem fit and

proper in the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, as to be in the

interest of justice as well as in the legitimate interests of Our Company.

B. Grant such, other further relief which the Reserve Bank of India deems

fit and proper in the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, so as to

be in the interest of justice.
