pH of Warewash Products

pH is a measure of the relative acidity or alkalinity of a substance.


It is a logarithmic scale (0-14) showing intensity or desire to react.
pH is not a measure of strength as pH increases from 7-14
and decreases from 7-0, each digit indicates a 10-fold increase in intensity.
