4 M’S OF PRODUCTION

The 4 M’s are quite new to my ear. So this learning actually helped me in understanding the
workings behind all the successful entrepreneurs all around the world.
Manpower is the human labor force involved in manufacturing the products. To have an efficient
manpower, a company should attain competent and skilled workers and match these two to the jobs that
are needed to be filled. Materials are the raw materials needed for the production of the product. Quality,
cost-efficiency, and the waste that it may produce should be thoroughly examined by the entrepreneur.
Machine talks about the equipment that will be used in the production of the goods or delivery of
services. Like the materials and the manpower, you should examine the equipment’s used in your
business to avoid accidents and unforetold events. And lastly, method is the way of converting raw
materials into the desired product. The realization of your plan. The entrepreneur should also check on
what type of method will they use to commence their plan.
Just like how God thoroughly chose the lineage on where Jesus, the son of men, will be born, we
also need to be cautious and thorough in choosing the steps we take. Ask for His guidance. For He knows
His plans for you…
