1. The ca ndidate must reach the Centre at the time as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at the Centre, in the Ad mit Ca rd
2. No Ca ndidate shou ld adopt a ny u nfair mea ns or ind u lge in a ny u nfair exa mination practices. If a ny ca ndidate is fou nd ind u lging in a ny u nfair mea ns/u nfair
exa mination practices at a ny stage of exa mination, his/her ca ndidatu re wil l be ca ncel led, a nd lega l action wil l be ta ken incl uding deba rring in a l l futu re

3. No ca ndidate sha l l be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time.
4. No ca ndidate sha l l be permitted to leave the Exa mination Room/ Ha l l before the end of the exa mination.

8. The Ad mit Ca rd is provisiona l, su bject to satisfying the eligibility conditions as given in the I nformation Bu l letin.
9. Ca ndidates a re advised to verify the location of the test venue a day in adva nce so that they do not face a ny problems on the day of the test.
10. If religion/customs require you to wea r specific attire, please visit the Centre ea rly for thoroug h checking a nd ma ndatory frisking.
11. No Ca ndidate wou ld be a l lowed to enter the Exa mination Centre, without Ad mit Ca rd a nd u nderta king, Va lid I D Proof, a nd proper frisking.

14. Before reaching the Centre, ca ndidates must enter the required details in the Self Decla ration (Underta king) in legible ha ndwriting, paste the Photog ra ph, a nd put

thu m b im pression at the a ppropriate place on the Ad mit Ca rd. They shou ld ensu re that their Left-Ha nd Thu m b I m pression is clea r a nd not smudged.
15. Ca ndidate must ca rry “Any one of the origina l a nd va lid Photo Identification Proof issued by the Govern ment” (must be origina l, va lid, a nd non-expired) – School

16. PwD ca ndidate who have physica l limitation in writing may be a l lowed Com pensatory/ Extra time of 20 minutes per hou r of the exa mination, whether such
ca ndidate uses the facility of Scribe or not.
17. PwD ca ndidates must bring a PwD certificate issued by the Com petent Authority if claiming relaxation u nder the PwD category. The Scribe provided by the NTA
must a lso ca rry his/ her own Self Decla ration (Underta king) rega rding ed ucationa l qua lification, passport-size photog ra ph, a nd va lid govern ment identity.
18. Please note that the exa mination wil l be held according to I ndia n Sta nda rd Time (IST) for a l l ca ndidates, incl uding those ta king it at centers outside I ndia.
19. For Drawing Test—Pa rt I I I of B.Arch., the ca ndidate must bring their own Geometry Box Set, Pencils, Erasers, a nd Colou r Pencils or Crayons. The Ca ndidates a re
not a l lowed to use watercolou rs on Drawing Sheet.
20. Ca ndidates a re NOT a l lowed to ca rry a ny other persona l belongings, incl uding electronic devices, or mobile phones to the Exa mination Centre. Exa mination
Officia ls wil l not be responsible for the safekeeping of persona l belongings a nd there wil l be no facility.
21. Shoes/footwea r with thick soles a nd ga rments with la rge buttons a re NOT permitted.
22. If a ca ndidate goes for bio-brea k /toilet, he/she shou ld u ndergo the ma ndatory frisking a nd biometric again.

I M PORTANT ADVISORY

Dea r Ca ndidates,

“We wish you a l l the best for you r exa mination”

The main pu rpose of this Advisory is to ma ke you awa re that the Nationa l Testing Agency aims to cond uct fair a nd tra nspa rent exa minations so that deserving
ca ndidates on ly get the rig ht ad missions or jobs. Therefore, it is advisa ble to refrain from using a ny Unfair mea ns practices to gain a ny u nfair adva ntage over other
ca ndidates.

1.Kind ly note that in ma ny cases;

i) Ca ndidatu re has been ca ncel led a nd ca ndidates have been deba rred for 3 yea rs from a ppea ring in the exa ms.
ii) Crimina l proceedings have been initiated in ma ny cases where the ca ndidates have tried to cheat/im personate/adopt ma l practices.
 iii) Strict action has a lso been ta ken incl uding CBI I nquiry against the wrong-doers.

2.Over the past few yea rs, NTA has deployed ma ny modern tech nologies to detect different types of ma l practices. NTA has a mecha nism to;
(i) Ana lyze the responses of the treated g rou p with respect to cheating behaviou r associated with the exa m by observationa l data, interesting statistica l
a pproaches, etc.
(ii)We use a non-intrusive tech nology to identify col la boration, we a na lyze the question attem pting logs to identify suspicious simila rities between su bmitted
responses. NTA a lso reviews ca ndidate exa m logs to identify a bnorma l a nswering behaviou rs a nd CCTV recordings of such ca ndidates a re a na lyzed to confirm
ma l practice with evidence.
(iii) Ana lyze the behaviou r of students who passed their a nswers to other ca ndidates as opposed to ca ndidates who received these a nswers.
(iv) Use of tech nologies to revea l cheating behaviou r, even after the exa ms, to revea l the cheating occu rrence
(v) Catch the likely cheaters th roug h Artificia l I ntel ligence-based tools.
(vi) We focus on cheating in the form of seeking outside hel p d u ring the exa m a nd catch hold on this by im plying va rious tech nologies/tools. The exa mination
centres a re continuously being monitored th roug h a rtificia l-ena bled systems.

3.It is crucia l that you ca refu l ly read the fol lowing points to avoid facing a ny action;
(i) Use of electronic devices (incl uding com mu nication tools a nd accessories) or stationery materia ls (incl uding bits of pa per) not releva nt for the said exa mination
is strictly prohibited.
(ii) Ca ndidates shou ld u pload their recent a nd clea rly visible images d u ring the a pplication process. Ca ndidates who have u ploaded poor-qua lity photog ra phs or
not his/her own photog ra ph wil l be stopped at the gate.
(iii) NTA scrutinizes every ca ndidate trying to a ppea r more tha n once by su bmitting mu lti ple a pplication forms.
(iv) Ca ndidates a re strictly advised to occu py on ly the seats a l located to them.
(v) Ca ndidates a re advised not to move d u ring the exa m incl uding ta l king/peeping or assisting others in the exa m).
(vi) If a ca ndidate goes for bio-brea k /toilet, he/she shou ld u ndergo the ma ndatory frisking a nd biometric again.
(vii) Apa rt from the biometric attenda nce a nd frisking at entry,ca ndidates wil l be frisked a nd biometric attenda nce wil l be ta ken again on entry from bio-
brea k/toilets brea k.
(viii) Docu ments in relation to exa mination viz. ad mit ca rd, ra n k letter, self-decla ration, etc. a re su bject to verification for a ny ma ni pu lation a nd fa brication.
(ix) Ca ndidates shou ld not create obstacles in the smooth a nd fair cond uct of the exa mination.
(x) Scribe accom pa nying the Person with Disa bility (PwD) shou ld not solve the questions. The scribe must ma rk the response chosen by the ca ndidate on ly. It
sha l l a lso be ensu red that the qua lification of the scribe/ Passage Dictator shou ld not be more tha n the minimu m qua lification criteria of the exa mination.
However, the qua lification of the scribe /Passage Dictator shou ld be matricu lated or a bove.
