RAGLAN V-NECK
With two strands of yarn on 8mm (US 11) circular needle CO 38 (44) 44 stitches and divide
them as follows:
Size S: Purl 1, PM, purl 8, PM, purl 20, PM, purl 8, PM, purl 1
Size (M) L: Purl 1, PM, purl 10, PM, purl 22, PM, purl 10, PM, purl 1
Row 1: knit to SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to the next SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to the
next SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to the next SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to the end of the
row
Row 3: knit 1,M1L, knit to SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to the next SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L,
knit to the next SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to the next SM, M1R, slip SM, M1L, knit to 1
stitch before the end of the row, M1R, knit to the end of the row
You should have 68 (80) 88 stitches for the front, 52 (62) 70 for each sleeve and 64 (74) 82
for the back.
BODY
Knit until your piece measures 14 (16) 16 cm from the CO stitches under the arm.
Switch to your 6mm circular needle and knit one row. Break the yarn and let the stitches
rest.
I-CORD-EDGE
CO 5 stitches on a 6mm needle and work an I-cord-edge, starting from the middle of the
back. Pick up stitches and knit them together with the last stitch of the I-cord. Once you
reach the bottom you use the resting stitches. Work your way up to the beginning of the
I-cord and sew the ends together.
SLEEVES
Put the sleeve stitches back on your 8mm circular needle and pick up 1 stitch under the
arm.
Knit until the sleeve measures 26 (28) 30cm.
