PIN Dump procedure

The below procedures can be used to erase a stored PIN

from the memory of Datatool System 3/21 and Triumph
modular S3 alarm systems
A new PIN can be entered once the stored number has been ‘Dumped’ by following the
procedure on page 6 of the user guide

For System 3/21 Potted Boards

1. Remove lid from Alarm control unit leaving electrical plug connected.
2. Disarm the alarm using the Transmitter.
3. Connect both green tagged wires (Micro switch) to 12 volts (Battery +)
4. Connect vertical Resistor lead in centre of potted PCB to ground

Unit will beep when PIN is dumped

* Alternatively, Pins 4 & 5 on 8 way connector.

For Triumph Modular potted boards

1. Remove lid from Alarm control unit leaving electrical plug connected.
2. Disarm the alarm using the Transmitter.
3. Connect both green tagged wires * (Bullet connectors to Micro switch) to 12
volts (Battery +)
4. Connect vertical Resistor lead in centre of potted PCB to ground

Unit will beep when PIN is dumped

* Alternatively, use pins 4 & 5 on the 8 way connector.
