If you are the new owner of a motorcycle already fitted with a Datatool System 3,
Veto/Evo, Stealth or Duo/Uno then please complete this form enclosing payment
of £19.00 along with proof that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle (e.g.
copy of V5 document) and return it to the address shown. You will then receive
two copies of the amended Certificate of Installation.
