Once your request is approved, our sales person will hand over the User ID and Password to you. You are requested to change the Password immediately by logging in at www.bluedart.com. You are requested to keep your Password confidential. Blue Dart will not be liable for any damages arising due to misuse of the User ID and Password. You may change your password as often as you wish, and we advise you to do so in your own interest. If you have applied for AutoPOD service, you are requested to ensure that the Email ID provided is accurate. In case of any change in Email ID, you are requested to inform us immediately. Emails are susceptible to data corruption, interception, falsification, delay, unauthorised amendment and viruses. Though Blue Dart has taken every reasonable precaution for avoiding occurrence of any such events, you shall not hold Blue Dart liable for occurrence of any such events or any consequences thereof. We reserve the right to revoke the User ID, if the web service is not accessed for 6 months, or if your account is off-credited, or if there is any unauthorised use of the service. It will always be our endeavour to make the latest and most accurate information available to you except under conditions beyond our control. Though we have taken all necessary precautions, the speed of queries and downloads is dependent on numerous factors, some of which are beyond our control. You may decide to cancel your registration and may do so by submitting your request in writing to our sales person.
