SAP – USER DEFINED FIELD VALUE SET-UP WALKTHROUGH

Step 1: Click on the field you want to edit the value set up.

Step 2: In the menu bar, click on "Tools."

Step 3: Click on "Customization Tools."
Step 4: Click on "User-Defined Values – Setup”
This will navigate you to the following view:

Step 5: Click on 'Without Search in User-Defined Values' to eliminate the existing search setup.
Step 6: Click 'Update.'

A pop-up message will confirm that the operation has been completed successfully. Afterward, the
search tab for the specific field will revert to its default state.
