Captain James Cook

1. James Cook was born on October 27, 1728 in Marton, England.

2. When he was 18 years old, he studied as a merchant marine.
3. In the Seven Years' War, James was a master map maker.
4. his first voyage was on August 26, 1768.
5. Captain Cook's second expedition was between 1772 and 1775.
6. Cook's last expedition was from 1776 to 1779. Captain Cook was
assassinated by natives in the Hawaiian Islands on February 14, 1779.

1. Marco Polo was born in Venice, Italy in 1254.
2. Marco Polo traveled to China for the first time when he was 17 years old
and it took three years to get to China.
3. Marco Polo went to China and brought merchandise directly to Venice.
4. Marco Polo on the way to China, he went to many cities, saw many places,
had different adventures, and met many people.
5. He traveled throughout China, was a messenger and spy for Kublai Khan
6. Marco Polo was traveling with his father. they left home in 1271 and
returned in 1295, he finally died on January 8, 1324 Venice, Italy
