Teacher instructions:
Say the following piece of information to each pair of students and let them discuss the ideas for about two
minutes. If you have a group of three, give them about three minutes to complete the part 3 task.

"Now, I’d like you to talk together about something for two minutes."

"I’d like you to imagine that a city wants to encourage more participation in cultural activities. Here are some
ideas that they are considering and a question for you to discuss. First, you have some time to look at the
task."
