2. Following the decommissioning of the current eAPPS system on 31 December

2022 and the commencement of a new eAPPS system (also known as Regulatory
Approval) on the Kijang.Net platform, we wish to inform all financial institutions (FIs) of the
following:
(i) Please find attached the “Enterprise Platform User Manual on Kijang.Net

for RA v1.00), which contains instructions for initial registration of FI Admin

users to the new eAPPS system. The initial registration will commence on 4
January 2023 and must be completed by 11 January 2023.
(a) For a new Kijang.Net user, please refer to Section 3.0 of the User
Manual; and
(b) For existing Kijang.Net users, please refer to Section 10.2 of the
User Manual to request for access to the new eAPPS system.
(ii) The new eAPPS system will be released in phases. FIs shall submit
applications for Directors, CEO, Shariah Committee members, and
Financial Adviser Representatives through the relevant modules in the new
eAPPS system from 4 January 2023. For other submissions, FIs shall use
an interim module labelled as “Other Applications/Notifications”, within the
new eAPPS system;

(iii) Further details and guidance on the submission of applications are provided
in the “Regulatory Approval User Guide”, which can be downloaded from the
Kijang.Net platform from 4 January 2023; and
(iv) A revised policy document for the new eAPPS system, namely “Online
Submission of Regulatory Applications and Notifications (eAPPS) to Bank
Negara Malaysia via Kijang.Net” (BNM/RH/PD 028-127) has been issued
and will take effect today. This will supersede the existing “Online
Submission of Applications and Notifications (eAPPS) to Bank Negara
Malaysia via FI@KijangNet” (BNM/RH/PD 028-76) issued on 3 February
2020.
