Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Duties and 1. Conduct research on market trends, consumer

opportunities for new product innovation.
2. Work closely with the brewing team to formulate and
test new recipes, ensuring that each new product meets
the company's quality and flavor standards.
3. Collaborating with the brewing team to identify areas

conducting trials to optimize brewing operations.
4. Establish and maintain quality control protocols,
conduct sensory evaluations, and work with the
production team to implement corrective actions as
needed.
5. Research and evaluate various brewing ingredients,

quality and consistency in the brewing process.
6. Maintain relationships with suppliers, stay informed
 about industry trends, and oversee the selection of
ingredients for new and existing products.

development activities.
