1. Attaching wall bracket for inverter unit

Drilling Screw: 4 pcs

2. Attaching Inverter unit to wall bracket

Cables Installation Guide

1. Power input and Motor cable

Electricity power input 220 VAC single/three phase

To reverse direction
Cable size specification cannot be lower than 2.0sqmm
of motor rotation
swap any two leads

3. Fan Speed Setup

Speed setup has been pre-installed.
Main frequency command: REVERSE (Negative characteristic). 0 ~ 10V corresponding to 100 ~ 0%

Min. Speed: 144 RPM Max. Speed: 715 RPM

4. Alarm Signal
The connection of this alarm signal is dry contact.
The alarm relay is OPENED under all normal conditions.

Trouble Shooting and Fault Codes

Fault detection is diagnosed into 2 modules.

1. False Start Module

Module Description Restart Restart Condition Attempts

Fault Start Module – - Failed motor start Auto 10 seconds timeout before 5

Possible causes:

2. Inverter Module (LED interface is required to display fault codes).

Other than above faults,
Please refer to inverter F510 fault table code for possible causes and take appropriate measures
