Paying your premium

Below you’ll find the documents for your new policy, including your policy summary which includes the details
of your cover. This needs to be read in conjunction with your policy wording. You can find your policy wording
here: aa.co.nz/policy-wordings. Please take some time to read your Life Cover policy wording as it contains
important information about your insurance. For example, it explains the benefits included in your cover, the
exclusions that apply and how to make a claim or cancel your cover. It also describes how to raise any
concern you have with us and details about our complaints resolution process.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Life Cover policy. That’s why we provide you with a 30-day
cooling-off period. If you change your mind, and you have not made a claim, you can cancel your policy at
any time within 30 days from the day your policy started. We will refund you the full amount of any premium
paid.
