 Junior Construction Engineer

Performs routine, entry-level engineering tasks

under the direct supervision of a senior
engineer/ Project Manager to ensure the
planning and design of the projects, allocate
resources to each of the projects's stages, and
oversee the engineering processes /
successful completion of the allocated
projects.
In this capacity, you will :
Provide general, entry-level support to the engineering
department and assists senior engineers to improve
process efficacy and efficiency.
Contribute to the planning and design stages of
construction projects.
Contribute technical expertise to project drawings and
designs.
Perform cost calculations and prepares financial
projections.
Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the
construction project manager.
Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and
suppliers.
Oversee construction engineering processes and ensures
that the construction project is completed on time and
within budget.
Keep detailed construction logs and present construction
project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
Skills & requirements :

Has obtained or is in the process of obtaining a

bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, in the field
of civil/industrial constructions;
Internship in related field is highly desired.
A good understanding of construction procedures,
construction materials, field laws and regulations.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), CAD is a plus;
Good command of English;
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive attitude and analytical spirit.
