As a substitute to our mock job interview, answer the following questions in 3-5 sentences.

1. Tell me about yourself.

Well I am Errol E. Agbong and I am 21 years of age, I am the 3rd son in our family.
And I live in Zone 3 DG. Pelaez, Claveria, Misamis, Oriental. I've worked hard in my education
and now I'm ready to apply my knowledge into practice. While I don't have any real-life work
experience but I want to show that I have learned a lot and so I want to show that I am suite in
the job I am entering.

2. What is your biggest strength?


My biggest strength is my energy, enthusiasm, patience, creativity, communication skills, and
understanding for the emotional world of children–especially at collage, is my greatest strengths
as a teacher. I do not find it hard to gain trust of the students, because I understand how they feel
in different situations and can choose the right words in my lessons.

3. What is your biggest weakness?

My family because they are my first weakness because I have a hard time seeing them struggling
in life. Because we don’t have money so I studied to get to this situation and if I get this job my
other weakness is to see my students struggling in their activities. Because I also experienced
thus difficulties in life.
4. What kind of work environment do you like best?

I enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense
of camaraderie and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind, funny people
who like to get things done. It's important to me to feel that I can trust my team
members to always do their best because I do.
5. Out of all the applicants, why should we hire you?

You should hire me because I am responsible to my job which you can trust, I am also
hardworking and I will accept the job you will give me and I will do everything just to make my
job great. And to teach the students not just the lesson also the good moral, discipline and good
treatment to the teachers and students and to the other people.
