Demolition Work
1. Remove the small wall between the drawing and living area.
2. Remove the kitchen door and extend the wall.
3. Remove the toilet doors from both rooms and addition of the door through common wall.
4. Remove the master bedroom to balcony door and extend the wall by 2’-10”.
Reconstruction Work
1. Construct the glass partition in master bedroom’s balcony area.
2. Renovation or remodeling of both the toilets fixtures and connections at some point.
3. Addition of partition wall (Jali wall) between the drawing and dining area.
4. Pooja area (as per vastu) construction.
5. Study unit addition in kid’s bedroom (wooden work).
6. Working area addition in balcony area of master bedroom.
Furniture Addition
1. Drawing room: 5-seater sofa + 2 highlighter chairs + center table + TV unit on wall + floor lamp.
2. Dining area: 6-seater dining table
3. Renovation of kitchen cabinets + addition of fixtures.
4. Balcony : 2 chairs + round table.
Family area: 2-seater sofa + 2 stool + coffee table.
5. Kid’s bedroom: Single bed + side table + lamp + 1 chair swing + 1 chair + TV.
6. Balcony: 2 single sofas.
7. Master bedroom: 1 king or queen size bed + 2 side table with lamp or vase + window sofa (3-seater) + 1 chair
