Objective: To establish secret spy organisation, SIERA (Strategic
Intelligence Espionage and Reconnaissance Agency) SPEC OPS
Method: -
• To overwatch the activities of the USSR, communist countries,
etc. for nuclear activities and threat to life of top officials of the
United States.
• The agency would incorporate 20 members who are specially
designated, organised, trained for unconventional missions.
• SIERRA Spec Ops is a small group of highly trained personnel
who are well versed in espionage, intelligence, reconnaissance and
analytical chemistry.
• These agents would be capable of conducting small scale
special operations.
• SIERRA Spec Ops would only obey the commands of the
President – John F Kennedy and Defence Secretariat – Robert
McNamara and the vice president – Lyindon B Johnson.

• SIERA Spec Ops would be established on 14 October

3pm. Under the heat of afternoon sun, a new organisation shall
awaken and shake the world with its indigenous and secretive
operations!!
