MEMORANDUM: SUPERPUNCH USAGE, FOR TEAM LEADS & SR. TEAM LEADS

SUBJECT: SUPERPUNCH USAGE FOR TEAM LEADS & SR. TEAM LEADS

As we aim to achieve better efficiency in capturing all the punches and soon to be incorporated with the new Payroll system,
we will implement, effective immediately, the usage of Superpunch for all employees. This is from the Operations Leaders -
Operations Managers, Sr. Team Leads, Team Leads, SME, Agents to Operations Support Resources of Quality and Training.
The goal is to build the right habit in utilizing Superpunch 100% of the time. This is to transition to Superpunch as the
automatic data source linked to our existing Payroll System.

Responsibilities:
● Login / Logout:
○ Login to Superpunch on time.
○ File an exception as needed and must be approved by your immediate supervisor
○ Team Leaders should only have an 8 hours punch of QA/TL Aux in Superpunch. For any excess minutes or
hours, an exception request must be submitted and approved by your immediate supervisor
○ Upon login and before the end of shift, all submitted exception requests of team members should be
reviewed and approved or denied
● Team Assignment Regular Validation:
○ Check accuracy of the team assignments and ensure to address incorrect details immediately
○ Audit team members’ Job Code correctness in Superpunch daily upon logging in. This is important to avoid
any discrepancies or issues every time the AUX Report gets extracted by the Reporting Team
■ Example:
● Site: Manila
● Client: Turo [Program Name]
● Lines of Business: Turo - Manila [Program LOB]
● Job: Depending on the role
○ Agent: Tier 1 - English
○ CSR2: CSR2 English or SME English (whatever applies)
○ TL & Up / QA / Trainer: Support / Team Leader / Etc. (whatever applies)
○ Supervisor: Juan Dela Cruz

● Daily SP Audit:
○ Schedule auditing and corrections should be done regularly, which is part of Team Leaders’ daily
deliverables.
○ Check team members’ punches from Login, Break, Lunch to Logout if punches are correct and accurate.
Approve Superpunch exception requests that are valid on or before End of Day (EOD).
○ Place corrections on agent's Superpunch Login or Logout as necessary.
● Review and Action SP Payroll Report:
○ This should be facilitated by the Team Leaders every time the report was generated came from the Payroll
or SP Team. Deadline of editing of schedules is every after 24 hours from the cutoff date.
○ Team Leaders must have a buddy TL/STL or reporting OM in case he/she is on PTO or emergency / sick
leave to act on Superpunch issues.
OM’s will monitor this in Superpunch. The first instance of failure to follow any of the above responsibilities will warrant a
documented coaching. Succeeding instances will be sanctioned below based on 24-7 Intouch’s Employee Handbook.
For Violations Under Login/Logout Responsibilities

Superpunch 3.0 Training). I hereby acknowledge the Terms and Conditions stated and agree to strictly comply. I further
understand that any deviation in this policy is inimical to the Company’s interests and may jeopardize client relations.

I am fully aware that any violations in this commitment form may constitute termination of employment, hence if I fail to
comply, I agree to be accorded with appropriate sanctions.

I also agree and understand that management reserves the right to impose a higher or lower penalty, depending upon the
aggravating or mitigating circumstance/s of my violations.

I further agree that the management may amend this memo at any time, and I likewise pledge compliance with any revised
rules or policies that may be promulgated henceforth.\
