X-ray treatment.

John Doe undergoes a <diagnosis>, a sub-type of <assessment activity>.
The <activity performer> of the <diagnosis> is Dr. Luigi, , that results in two <referral>s,
sub-type of <authorisation>:
- A <referral> authorising the X-ray (a <medical treatment>) on John Doe's back by any
<health care provider>
- A <referral> authorising the surgery (a <medical treatment>) on John Doe's back, of
which the referred provider, the <activity performer>, is St Luc Hospital, a <health care
provider>.

treatment>.
