Lead Java Developer

● Working Hours for Lead position:
The Technical Lead will align with US team hours, attending meetings during US morning hours
(PST) until the Poland-based team is fully operational. (Approximately 10/11 am CET to 6/7 pm
CET).
● Industry: Banking and Finance
● Remote Location: Only candidates located in POLAND will be considered.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, and Linux
- Proven track record within a technical lead/architect role
- Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
- Proficient in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual
improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Fluent in English
