Subject: Request for Student’s Athletic Participation at District and State level in Haryana

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is in regard to the subject, I would like to inform you that my children’s are unable to participate
in Haryana state under the name of your school. Since last 3 years, I am trying my best to do so but
all of my efforts are not worth it if there is no support from your school.

My daughter Lakshita Tewatia (of Class-10B) is planning to participate for under 16 and Swarit
Tewatia (of Class- 7B) for under 14. They have been training for almost 3 years at NIT Nahar Singh
Stadium, Faridabad and Khel Parishad Sector-12 Faridabad. Both of them has shown good
performance and have a good potential in athletics.

As per our knowledge, there is going to be block, district and state level games of Haryana in coming
July, 2022. So, as we don’t have much time left, I request you to consider this urgent. All of their
hard work depends upon your support.

We are writing this as a request to provide us a solution so that without any more delay we shall
proceed further. We are hoping for a positive and earliest response.
