three disciplines of social sciences, which includes sociology, anthropology, and
political science. As a continuation, this lesson will focus on the goals of
anthropology, political science, and sociology.

What Is It
From the past discussions, we learned that sociology is a social science
which studies man and society. Anthropology, on the other hand, deals about man’s
past and culture while political science studies power and government. Through
these three disciplines of social sciences, you learned that man is both a
social/political being. Man should respect each human variation (political identities
cultural diversity, and social differences). With this, we also have to learn the Goals
of Anthropology, Sociology, and Political Science.
