CONSTITUTION OF AN ADHOC COMMITTEE ON COURSE ALLOCATION

The under-listed colleagues have been appointed into the above named committee to allocate
courses in the 2023/2024 academic session for the Department. The members are:

2. Dr J. Itoya Member
3. Dr P.A. Akhator Member/Secretary

The committee has the following terms of reference:

i. Allocation should be based on Seniority/Position/Rank;
ii. Allocation should be based on area of Specialisation where practicable; and
iii. Allocation should be guided by the spirit of Equity, Fairness and Justice

To ensure a seamless and quick completion of your assignment, a copy of the CCMAS courses
(100 level only) has been attached. You are to use this attachment in juxtaposition with the
2022/2023 Student’s Handbook to be able to capture all the available courses in the Department
(100 - 400 Levels).

The committee is expected to submit its draft report to the Ag HOD on or before Wednesday,
10th April 2024.
