General product information and other remarks:


Description of unit:
The equipment covered in this report is a blood coagulation analyzer which is used to measure one or more
indexes of coagulation and anticoagulation, fibrinolysis and antifibrinolysis.

The equipment is supplied by AC power source and mainly consists of PSU, MCU board, temperature
control system, detection system, brushless DC motor, cooling fan, display unit, printer, etc. See figure below

El equipo proporciona aislamiento básico desde los circuitos principales hasta la carcasa metálica conectada a tierra,
y aislamiento doble/reforzado desde los circuitos principales hasta los circuitos secundarios de voltaje no peligroso.

La fuente de alimentación fue certificada según EN 60601-1, DI/RI se proporciona entre el circuito primario y el circuito
secundario. La condición de funcionamiento de la fuente de alimentación dentro del equipo no excede la condición
certificada; no se considera necesaria ninguna prueba adicional.

El equipo está diseñado con protección de enclavamiento para evitar que el disco giratorio de alta velocidad salga
volando cuando la cubierta superior se abre manualmente durante la prueba. El principio básico de la protección de
enclavamiento es que cuando se abre la cubierta superior del módulo de visualización, el sensor Hall devuelve la
señal de apertura al software. Después de que el sistema de software reciba la señal, finalizará la prueba y mostrará
información de alarma en la pantalla táctil. Una vez activado el enclavamiento, la prueba no continuará incluso si se
vuelve a cerrar la tapa.

El escáner de código de barras no está evaluado según IEC 62471.

El equipo puede funcionar a máx. temperatura ambiente 30 °C y altitud hasta 2000 m.

4. Vibration test
Laboratory environment: temperature 25°C, humidity 56%.
4.1 Test method
Place the packaged instrument on the vibration test bench, fix the positioning device,
test according to the experimental parameters of Table 2 and Table 3, remove the
instrument after the test is completed, check whether the packaging is intact, and test
whether the instrument is working properly.

4.4 Test result
After testing, the packaging of the instrument was not significantly damaged; the
appearance of the instrument was intact with boot normal, as shown in Fig. 4, 5. The
withstand voltage test results meet the requirements, and the test results are shown in
Table 4.
