1. Test purpose
By simulating the packaging and transportation environment, verify that the
packaging materials designed by Zhejiang Pushkang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for
MC100 coagulation analyzer meet the requirements for transportation and storage.
2. Description of sample
Product name: Coagulation analyzer
Models: MC100
Sample quantity: 1
Size: 270mm x 180mm x 155mm
Weight: 3kg
Standard: ISTA 2A
4. Vibration test
Laboratory environment: temperature 25°C, humidity 56%.
4.1 Test method
Place the packaged instrument on the vibration test bench, fix the positioning device,
test according to the experimental parameters of Table 2 and Table 3, remove the
instrument after the test is completed, check whether the packaging is intact, and test
whether the instrument is working properly.
Table2 Test free uency and PSD

2 30 Top surface
3 30 Lateral surface
4 30 Frontal surface
4.2 Evaluation Criteria
4.2.1 Instrument packaging and appearance are in good condition with boot normal
after the test.
4.2.2 Withstand voltage test:
• Basic insulation: 1500V sine wave voltage test, lasting 5s, should not appear
breakdown or repeated arc
• Double insulation: 3000V sine wave voltage test, lasting 5 s, should not appear
breakdown or repeated arc
• Leakage current: test voltage AC 240V, normal working state (start-up),
0.5mA.
test voltage AC 240V, single fault state ( off ), < 3.5 mA.
Grounding Impedance between a protective conductor terminal and a
resistance: contactable component required for a protective connection
shall not exceed 0.IQ
4.3 Test process
The test situation is shown in Figure 3.
Item Result
Withstand voltage test AC withstand voltage BI 1500V, DI / RI 3000V with in
good condition after 5 s
Leakage current test Leakage current 0.33mA
Grounding resistance test Grounding resistance 80.5mQ
5. Test Conclusion
The test results show that the packaging material of the product meets the
requirements of transportation.
