IMPORTANT!
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY!

There will be assessment of projects during the Engineering Fair, which will carry a portion of marks for your respective projects and design modules.
*Kindly consult your respective Programme Directors and SET for
students who are doing internship out of the Klang Valley.

Logistics
All projects MUST submit an inventory list of ALL items to be used by your group to weizhong.chong@set-taylors.com By 9th November 2011 for approval. Only materials approved by SET will be allowed to be used at the Engineering Fair
*Inclusive of project, lab materials and other presentation items such as laptop, speakers, etc, with the quantity stated.

Layout
Booth layout and materials provided would be at the discretion of SET and any arrangements/modifications/alterations is non-negotiable. Layout plan and approved materials list will be issued after confirmation by 18th November 2011

Booth: - Food and drinks are not permitted at your respective booths (exception: mineral water) - At least 3 group members MUST be present at your respective booths at all times - Students must be ready to present their project at all times - No other work (eg, listening to music, watching movies) is allowed at your booth

NOTICE!
Failure to comprehend to the rules and regulations of the Engineering Fair, would cause your project and group to be removed and barred from the Engineering Fair.

SET Directors would be checking each individual booth during the Engineering Fair to ensure that everything is in accordance.
