LESSON 03– GREETINGS and FAREWELL

1. GOOD MORNING!

When you wake up, or greet someone by the morning.


(From 5 am, or less, to 12pm).

2. GOOD AFTERNOON!
After lunch, or after noon.
(From 12pm to about 6pm)

3. GOOD EVENING.
When you come in a party or a place at night, or greet someone by the beginning of the
night.
4. GOOD NIGHT.
When you leave a place at night, when the night is at its end, or when you’re off to bed.

When they are married.
(Mister and misses.)

(When she is single, or you don’t know her marital status.)
Miss is when the woman or girl is not married. Ms is when either you don’t know or when
she is not married.

3- SIR AND MADAME.


For a man or a woman you don’t know the name.
