Our Commitment to Fairness and Equality

Agency Mission

The mission of L & G Security Agency Human Rights Policy is to emanate to our Clients and the General
Public, our ethical and social values and our commitment to uphold HUMAN RIGHTS by promoting our
principles. Through these philosophies, we aim to conduct fair business practices across all our client platforms,
and to treat all people equally and fairly those who engage with our services.

Human rights, We manifest, that that every human being is bounded and is entitled to, is complete and
satisfactory. It is to be enjoyed and reap its benefits. We aim to PROTECT these RIGHTS in all our endeavors,
with our business partners, employees, contractors, suppliers and the public from any form of Abuse of Power and
Authority. We believe that such right as “we do to others what we want others to treat us”. Our action forwards
affect us equivalently. It is our ambition to do what is right, fair and moral all the time”.

Our Commitment
The highest standards of work and business ethics and in consonance with our core values with respect to the
rights of all people, to comply with all legal and government and authority regulatory requirements. A Non-
discriminatory, honest and courteous, open-minded interchange with all our clients, our employees and any person
we deal with. While we acknowledge and distinguish our obligation to uphold and revere every human right
aspect, We shun human rights abuses and maltreatment. Everyone who works for and with LGSIA are treated
with dignity and respect without any discrimination. Our employees, Agency staffs, contractors and suppliers
have the right to and entitled to work in an environment that is safe and secure.

truthful and law-abiding execution of our business and commerce, this to include our labor relations and
operations such as in recruitment, compensation, promotion process, training implementation, end or contracts,
work separation or retirement. We treat all of them justly and no malice or impartiality regardless of their race,
color, ethnic origin, gender, age, religious beliefs, disability, marital status, social status, nationality, sexual
orientation or employment status.

We are devoted to ensure that all actions of our security guards and employees are unencumbered, having no risk
or perils to physical, emotional and psychological aspects, and that they are to work in a conducive environment
alienating any form of harassment.

We pledge to uphold local and national legislations, decrees and statutes as our basis of all our ethical work and
business standards, as we are dedicated to maintain harmonious relationship, may it be for business or personal.
We take pride in our enterprise in exercising reasonable care in our procedures to maintain risk-free for
everyone, avoiding injury to health or loss of life as well as addressing unavoidable circumstances that are out of
