The process of Clinical Supervision


Enumerate the process of Clinical Supervision and give detail in every process .

Clinical Supervision

 is to increase the relevance of teaching in the classroom and to establish a


collaborative relationship between supervisors and teachers in order to maintain a
responsive educational environment that fosters student’ holistic learning. Also, is
a professional relationship between an individual entering a field of work and a
supervisor. This process allows the individual to begin working with patients after
completing their education, while the supervisor ensures that they are taking care
of patients properly and following all ethical guidelines. Clinical supervision
builds trust between the supervisor and the supervisee, allowing for an
collaborative relationship in which the patient's care is jointly monitored.

Step 1. Pre-Observation conference

 means a conference between the teacher and evaluator to discuss goals and
planned outcomes for a classroom lesson before a formal classroom observation.

Step 2. Classroom Observation

 to improve student outcomes by improving the instructional process of the teacher.

Step 3. Data Analysis and Strategy


 helps teachers understand their students’ learning abilities and challenges and
facilities an ingrained cultural process that uses detailed inputs (information) to
issue optimal outputs (results for student).
Step 4. Post-Observation conference (Supervisory Conference)

 provides an opportunity for the evaluator and teacher to have a reflective


discussion about the lesson and effective teaching.

Step 5. Post conference Analysis

 to provide candidates feedback about their performance during the observation.
