The diamond sponsors are awarded flowers and DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP Certificate by the Head
of Organizing board of ASEAN Economic Forum 2024 - 5th time, held in May 2024 in Singapore.
2. Nhà tài trợ kim cương nhận Chứng nhận, Biểu trưng “TOP 5 – DOANH NGHIỆP TIÊU BIỂU
ASEAN 2024” tại Diễn đàn. Đồng thời MC giới thiệu tóm tắt thành tích về Doanh nghiệp và hình ảnh

ENTERPRISES 2024" at the Forum. At the same time, the MC briefly introduces the achievements of

at the Forum. At the same time, the MC briefly introduces achievements about Brands, Products,
Services and images of Products, Logos, and Business Information will be appeared on the LED Forum
stage.
5. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Phỏng vấn, Quay phim, dựng Video, phát tin thời lượng tối đa 60s trên
Thời sự 11h30 trên HTV9 và 13h30 trên HTV1 Đài truyền hình TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Thời gian phát tin
từ 02 - 05 ngày kể từ ngày kết thúc Diễn đàn. FILE Video sẽ được chuyển ngay sau khi Đài truyền hình
TP. HCM phát tin (Doanh nghiệp chuyển trước tư liệu Video, hình ảnh cho Ban tổ chức trước khi Diễn
đàn diễn ra).
Diamond sponsors are interviewed, filmed, created videos, and broadcasted news for a maximum
duration of 60 seconds on News 11:30 on HTV9 and 1:30 p.m. on HTV1, Ho Chi Minh City
Television station. Broadcasting time is from 02 - 05 days from the end of the Forum. FILE Video will
be transferred immediately after Ho Chi Minh City Television Station broadcasts news (Enterprises
forward video materials and photo to the Organizing board before the Forum takes place).
6. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được phát TVC – Phóng sự Doanh nghiệp (Thời lượng tối đa 5 phút) trên màn
hình LED sân khấu chính trong thời gian chính thức Diễn đàn diễn ra trước toàn thể Lãnh đạo, Doanh
nghiệp Việt Nam và Doanh nghiệp Quốc tế tham dự Diễn đàn.
 Diamond sponsors are broadcasted TVC - Business Reportage (Maximum duration 5 minutes) on LED
screen at the main stage during the official time of taking place the Forum in front of all Vietnamese
Leaders, Businesses and International Businesses attending the Forum.
7. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được MC cảm ơn trong phần đầu và phần bế mạc Diễn đàn.
Diamond sponsors are thanked by the MC in the first and closing parts of the Forum.
8. Đại diện Lãnh đạo Nhà tài trợ Kim cương được Ban tổ chức sắp xếp ngồi tại vị trí V.I.P và giới thiệu
thành phần Đại biểu phần mở đầu Diễn đàn cùng với Lãnh đạo Việt Nam, Lãnh đạo Quốc tế, Lãnh đạo
Ban tổ chức.
The Diamond Sponsor's Leadership Representative was arranged by the Organizing board to sit in the
V.I.P position and introduce the Delegates at the opening of the Forum along with Vietnamese Leaders,
International Leaders, and Leaders of Organizing board.
9. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức sắp xếp 05 phút Phát biểu trên sân khấu tại Diễn đàn. (Bài
phát biểu Doanh nghiệp soạn trước và được BTC duyệt nội dung). Hoặc Nhà tài trọ kim cương tham dự
phần TỌA ĐÀM của Diễn đàn cùng với các Diễn giả do Ban tổ chức sắp xếp. (Nội dung tọa đàm, Câu
hỏi sẽ được BTC gửi đến Doanh nghiệp. Doanh nghiệp chuẩn bị phần trả lời và được Ban tổ chức
duyệt nội dung.)
Diamond sponsors are arranged by the Organizing board 05 minutes to speak on stage at the Forum.
( Speech is prepared in advance and content is approved by the Organizing board (Or the Diamond
sponsors attend the TALKING part of the Forum with Speakers arranged by the Organizing board. (The
content of the discussion and questions will be sent to the Enterprise by the Organizing board. The
Enterprise prepares the answer and has the content approved by the Organizing board.)

LED sân khấu, Màn hình LED khi vinh danh toàn bộ Doanh nghiệp, Backdrop Diễn đàn, Toàn bộ

Logo of Diamond Sponsor appears at Diamond Sponsor Location throughout: Stage LED Screen, LED
Screen when honoring the entire Enterprise, Forum Backdrop, Entire Forum Standee, Forum invitation
letter, Forum badge.
11. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức bố trí 03 đại biểu đi cùng đoàn, sẽ đi cùng Đoàn Hà Nội tại
Sân bay Quốc tế Nội Bài, hoặc sân bay Quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất, TP Hồ Chí Minh
The Diamond Sponsors are arranged by the Organizing board for 03 delegates to accompany the
delegation, and will accompany the Hanoi Delegation at Noi Bai International Airport, or Tan Son Nhat
International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City
12. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức bố trí book 02 vé máy bay hạng thương gia khi tham gia cùng
đoàn
Diamond sponsors are arranged by the Organizing board to book 02 business class tickets when joining
the delegation.
13. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức bố trí 01 phòng đơn, tiêu chuẩn deluxe khi tham gia cùng đoàn
và nghỉ tại khách sạn cùng đoàn bên Singapore.
Diamond sponsors are arranged 01 single room, deluxe standard by the Organizing board when joining
the delegation and staying at the same hotel in Singapore.
14. NTT nhận 03 Thư mời V.I.P tham dự Diễn đàn.
Sponsors are received 03 V.I.P invitations letter to attend the Forum.
15. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức hỗ trợ in ấn và dựng 03 Standee tại Diễn đàn. (File Standee
Doanh nghiệp gửi trước Ban tổ chức 07 ngày)
Diamond sponsors are supported by the Organizing board in printing and putting up 03 Standees at the
Forum. (Standee file is sent to the Organizing board before 7 days)
16. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức hỗ trợ đặt Hồ sơ giới thiệu Doanh nghiệp, hồ sơ giới thiệu Sản
phẩm, Dịch vụ, Profile đặt tại toàn bộ vị trí trên bàn của Đại biểu tham dự Diễn đàn.
Diamond sponsors are supported by the Organizing board to place Business introduction profiles,
Product and Service introduction profiles, and Profiles is placed at all positions on the table of
Delegates attending the Forum.
17. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được Ban tổ chức sắp xếp Bàn trưng bày sản phẩm, dịch vụ / Profile giới thiệu
Doanh nghiệp tại Diễn đàn.
Diamond sponsors are arranged tables to display products and services / Business introduction profiles
at the Forum by the Organizing board.

nhất đến các Phương tiện truyền hình, báo điện tử, báo in,…
Diamond sponsors are received Press announcement from the Organizing board to promote the most
accurate information to television media, electronic newspapers, print newspapers, etc.
19. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được quyền sử dụng danh hiệu NHÀ TÀI TRỢ KIM CƯƠNG diễn đàn để
Quảng bá hình ảnh, Thương hiệu trên các phương tiện truyền thông báo chí, truyền hình.
The Diamond Sponsor has the right to use the title DIAMOND SPONSOR of the forum to promote its
image and brand on the press and television media.
20. Nhà tài trợ kim cương được đăng bài viết PR trên trang báo chí liên kết như https://baodautu.vn/, - Cơ
quan ngôn luận của Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, báo điện tử https://dangcongsan.vn/ - Cơ quan của Ban
tuyên giáo Trung Ương. (Doanh nghiệp chuyển bài PR trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày diễn đàn kết thúc
và Nội dung được Ban tổ chức duyệt).
Diamond sponsors are allowed to post PR articles on linked press sites such as https://baodautu.vn/, -
Mouthpiece of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, electronic newspaper https://dangcongsan. vn/
- Agency of the Central Propaganda Department. (Enterprises submit PR articles within 30 days from
date when the forum ends and the Content is approved by the Organizing board).

Accompanying sponsors are allowed to broadcast TVC - Enterprise Reportage (Maximum duration of
03 minutes) on LED screen of the main stage during the time of welcoming delegates or at the reception
party.
5. Nhà tài trợ đồng hành được MC cảm ơn trong phần đầu và phần bế mạc Diễn đàn.
The accompanying sponsor are thanked by the MC in the first and closing parts of the Forum.

và nghỉ tại khách sạn cùng đoàn bên Singapore.
The accompanying sponsor is arranged 01 single room, deluxe standard by the Organizing board when

of the delegates attending the Forum.

promote their image and brand on press and television media.
