Submission instructions: Nomination forms, curricula vitae and lists of publications shall be typed (not handwritten), shall have a maximum size of
one page each and shall be submitted in MS Word format. In the event that the nomination form is signed it shall be scanned and submitted in the
PDF format as well (PDF format is additional to MS Word format). Election of new Members by the Board of Directors takes place twice a year. Completed
nomination forms must be received by the Membership Committee before 1st February to be considered at the Spring Board of Directors’ meeting and
before 1st August to be considered at the Fall Board of Directors’ meeting.

Excerpts from the IISL Statutes and By-Laws: Individuals distinguished by their contributions to or of proven interest in the field of space law or other
social science aspects related to space activities may be nominated for Individual Membership to the IISL by a Director or by three Individual Members in
good standing, and shall confirm that they accept to be nominated. All Members of the IISL shall pay annual membership dues. These dues are currently
set at 75 Euros.

Excerpts from the IISL Statutes and By-Laws: Young professionals and other individuals who have demonstrated an interest in space law may be
nominated for Prospective Membership to the IISL by a Director or by three Individual Members in good standing, and shall confirm that they accept to be
nominated. Prospective Members are exempted from payment of membership dues. Prospective Members who have had that status for two years may
apply for Individual Membership. If no application has been made by that deadline, Prospective Membership will be automatically terminated.
