FEE POLTCY

In HIMS fees are O . The fee for each

semester is payable within the semester and can be paid in several instalments. After registration
at HIMS, the student may elect to pay his annual fees at once, or the full semester fees, or at least,
the minimum initial deposit before the start of classes. The minimum initial deposit is indicated in
the 7th column on the schedule below.

**NB: An annual students union fee of 2,500CFA shall be paid by all returning and new students.

DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT ISSUES RELATING TO FEES

1. The registration and admission package fee is independent of the tuition fee and is non-
refundable. It covers student Union dues, insurance, student identity card and school polo
shirt.
2. The minimum initial deposit in column 7 is paid upon registration or resumption at the
beginning of the academic year in October. The minimum initial deposit must be paid
lotest the 3dh of November, of each year.
3. The first semester fee is a top up of the initial deposit. Thus, the student must pay the
complement to bring total first semester fee to the amount in column 4 on or before the
15s ofJanuary ofeach year.
4. Level 300 students (second year HND) MUST pay all fees before the 3L't of January,
5. Students who shall not complete their first semester fees bythe 31't of January, shallbe
denied access onto HIMS' premises. Such students shall not be allowed to sit tbr their first
semester examinations.
6. The second semester fees [100 000 CFA for Level200 (first year HND), and 125 000 or
100 000 CFA for tevel 400 (B -Tech and BBA)I MUST be paid on or before the 15th of
April.
7. Sponsors who cannot respect this schedule can negotiate for an-alidhative' schedule with
