Aim:
1. To plot Volt-Current Characteristic of P-N Junction Diode for forward bias
condition.
2. To find cut-in voltage, static and dynamic resistances in forward
biased condition for P-N Junction diode.

Circuit Diagram (FORWARD BIAS):

Procedure: Forward
bias:
1) Connect circuit using breadboard as per the diagram.
2) Vary the applied voltage (V) using variable port in step of 0.1 V from min to
max
3) Note down the corresponding ammeter readings I mA.
4) Plot a graph of current Vs voltage.
