WHEREAS, the Employer desires to employ and retain the services of the Employee;

WHEREAS, the Employee represents and warrants to the Employer that he has the qualifications
and experience necessary to effectively perform the responsibilities, and assist the Employer, as
contemplated by this Agreement;

WHEREAS, the Employee desires to devote his full time and attention to the business of the
Employer; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties which are
hereinafter set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged,

The parties hereto adopt as part of this Agreement each of the recitals which are contained
above in the WHEREAS clauses and agree that such recitals shall be binding upon the parties
hereto by way of contract and not merely by way of recital or inducement; and such clauses are
hereby confirmed and ratified as being true and accurate by each party as to itself and himself.
1. Pay & Allowances

Total Salary 50,000.00

• Salary shall be paid either through cheque or bank transfer on the 1st of each month.
• Health allowance shall be revised if company acquire health insurance services for
the employees
• Income tax will be deducted at the time of payment.
