Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request to use the
Radar/ARPA simulator on March 15, 2024, to shoot for our role playing, we would
like to use it for 3 hours if possible. We believe that the simulator is the ideal place
to shoot our scenes.
We assure you that we will adhere to all the rules and regulations regarding the
usage of facilities. Additionally, we will take full responsibility for any damages or
disturbances caused during the event.
