CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered on this xxxx
day of xxxx, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") by and between:

Party B: Mayo Agro Services Lusaka Address: Farm 288a S/D “s” Makeni Lusaka Contact
Number: 260966220076 Represented by: xxxxxx

WHEREAS Party A is engaged in the supply of coco peat growing medium, and Party B is
interested in procuring coco peat for their agricultural needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein, and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. SUPPLY OF COCO PEAT

1.1. Party A agrees to supply coco peat to Party B, and Party B agrees to purchase the coco
peat from Party A, as per the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2. The total amount of coco peat to be supplied under this agreement is
approximately 15 tonnes.

2. PRICING
2.1. The price of the coco peat shall be K18.5 per kilogram.
2.2. The price of K18.5 per kilogram is exclusive of delivery charges.
 3. DELIVERY
3.1. Party B shall be responsible for arranging and covering the delivery charges associated
with transporting the coco peat from the designated location to Party B's premises. Delivery
charges shall be paid directly by Party B to the transportation service provider.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. Party B shall make payment for the supplied coco peat to Party A upon collection of the
coco peat growing medium.
4.2. Payment shall be made in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and shall be transferred to the bank
account specified by Party A (Appendix A). A proof of payment must be shared with party A
upon transfer of the funds.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
5.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all
prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
5.2. Any modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be in writing and signed by both
Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Contract Agreement as of
the Effective Date first above written.
