CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT September 29, 2021

EVENT CO-ORDINATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into this day of Monday, September 29, 2021 by
and between AYZON FOUNDATION and KEBRON GIRMA KEBEDE.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

WHEREAS AYZON FOUNDATION shall engage the EVENT COORDINATOR

KEBRON GIRMA KEBEDE as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, to
perform certain services for the upcoming event in connection with and organized by the
above stated party.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefits contained herein
and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the above stated EVENT COORDINATOR agrees as follows:

AGREEMENTS

1.Licensed Marks:

A. AYZON FOUNDATION does hereby grant KEBRON GIRMA KEBEDE a limited non-
exclusive license to use the “ AYZON ” name and accompanying logo service marks
AYZON FOUNDATION solely in connection with that of the upcoming EVENT. Provided
AYZON complies with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

B. The authority of the KEBRON GIRMA KEBEDE to use the Licensed Marks
commences upon the effective date of this Agreement and terminates upon the
expiration of the term of this Agreement or upon termination of this Agreement,
whichever shall occur first.

2.Services:

KEBRON’S Primary responsibility shall be

1. To find food and drink vendors
2. To write vendor contract
3. To design event map
4. To make sure backstage rider is accordingly organized
5. To assist with sponsorship
6. To design the tour route
7. Find the right tour and travel agency to do so

, attend to the EVENT ON October 16, 2021 in accordance with the right directions,
policies and procedures. Specifically, during the term of this agreement.

3. Term of Agreement:

The term of this Agreement shall be effective from the date first set forth above through
the scheduled completion of the event for the upcoming event and payment is made on
the with 3 to 5 working days after the event.

4. Fees:

As consideration for the services provided hereunder by KEBRON GIRMA KEBEDE

shall be paid fees by AYZON as follows:

1. fee of 10,000 Ethiopian Birr Net payment.

2. A VENDOR TENT IN THE EVENT VENUE
3. 1000 BR PER VENDOR BOOKING , as set.

5. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement supersedes any prior understandings or oral agreements between the
parties regarding the subject matter hereof and constitutes the entire understanding and
agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter here of, and there are
no agreements, understandings, representations or warranties among the parties other
than those set forth herein.
