This is a formal Agreement between DECIMART COMMUNICATIONS, [reg number]

which hereafter will be referred to as the Social Media Management “AGENCY” and
[recipient business name, reg. number] which will hereafter also be referred to as
“CLIENT”.
This Agreement is made to ascertain that the Client has subscribed to one of the agency’s
packages,[ the package plan subscribed to] and the Agency is to provide professional
services of Social Media Management. It is agreed as follows:
1. The Client hereby appoints the Agency to handle all related work on social media
required for its brand [brand name] as stated in [package subscribed].
2. The Agency shall provide to the Client all services included in the [package plan
subscribed].
3. This Agreement is deemed to commence from [DD/MM/YY] and shall remain in
force till [DD/MM/YY]. The Agreement may be renewed thereafter as may be
mutually agreed by both parties.
4. The Client will make payment before commencement of the services to be
rendered by the Agency and there will be extra charges if the Client request for
any service outside the [packaged plan subscribed to].
5. The Agency shall maintain absolute confidentiality with respect to any confidential
information of the Client.
6. The Agency and Client must retain one hardcopy each of this Agreement duly
signed by both parties and also a softcopy of the Agreement.
