1. P is a point on the exterior of a circle centered at O. The tangents to the circle

from P touch the circle at A and B. Let Q be the point of intersection of P O and
AB. Let CD be any chord of the circle passing through Q. Prove that ∆P AB and
∆P CD have the same incentre

2. In an acute-angled triangle ABC, M is the midpoint of side BC, and D, E and F

the feet of the altitudes from A, B and C, respectively. Let H be the orthocentre
of ∆ABC, S the midpoint of AH and G the intersection of F E and AH. If N is
the intersection of the median AM and the circumcircle of ∆BCH, prove that
∠HM A = ∠GN S

3. Let O be the circumcenter of triangle ABC. A line through O intersects the sides
CA and CB at points D and E, respectively, and meets the circumcircle of ABO
again at point P 6= O inside the triangle. A point Q on side AB is such that
AQ
QB
= DP
PE
. Prove that ∠AP Q = 2∠CAP

4. Points P and Q on side AB of a convex quadrilateral ABCD are given such that
AP = BQ. The circumcircles of triangles AP D and BQD meet again at K and
those of AP C and BQC meet again at L. Show that the points D, C, K, L lie on a
circle

5. Let P be a point inside a triangle ABC such that

∠AP B − ∠ACB = ∠AP C − ∠ABC

Let D and E be the incenters of the triangle AP B, AP C, respectively. Show that

AP, BD and CE meet at a point
