been selected to become a member of Thealaca - our school's Community Garden Club.

Club Rules and Regulations:

- Members agree to participate in after-school activities when requested, and are aware that
in-school meetings may be conducted.
- All club members are expected to attend scheduled meetings and activities, of which they will
be informed about in advance.
- Members consent to being photographed and recorded for the club’s social media page, and for
club documentation.
-In the event of disciplinary issues, the school administration and club heads reserve the right to
withdraw membership.
- Members who miss 3 consecutive meetings may be expelled depending on the decision of club
heads and school administration.
- Respectful behavior towards fellow members, club advisors, and the environment is mandatory.
- Proper gardening tools and equipment will be provided, and their responsible use is expected.
- Members will follow the safety guidelines during club activities.
-Members of the media club are required to bring their devices only when specifically asked by
the club heads.
-Members of the media club must not misuse any of their devices or they will be expelled
immediately.

membership fee of 1000/-.

The permission slip along with the membership fee is to be submitted to Teacher Gulnaz Alfred
or Haleema Naveed, Club Treasurer of Class 9 Red. Selected members will be informed of
meetings and activities through school email.
