Kuruppanthara was more than just a teacher.

captivating performances, TST had the rare ability to deliver In loving memory of
dialogues by-heart, teaching without the need of a text. His
charisma and enthusiasm for the stage were legendary, and his

influence reverberated deeply within the college community
and beyond. As the former Professor of Newman College,
TST's presence and impact created a treasure trove of
memories that often brought together and inspired all lovers
of literature around.
The late Prof. Annamma Thomas, the wife of the
late T. S. Thomas, radiated a motherly affection
that embraced the students of Newman College
in her warmth and care. Her nurturing presence
and genuine concern for their well-being created
a sense of belonging that bound students to her
world. Beyond her role as a supportive spouse, Prof.
Annamma Thomas shared her husband's passion for the
English language and literature, enriching the academic
environment with her knowledge and love for the written Musically Violent
word. Together, their partnership formed a radiant space of 5 March 2024
inspiration and support, leaving an evergreen mark on the 6.30 P.M.
hearts and minds of all who had the privilege of knowing them. Venue: College Auditorium
