Chapter One
Spiral Dynamism
2
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
Stage Blue: The most suitable title that you can give to this stage
is “conformist or absolutist”. This is also reffered to be as the rise
of civilization. Blue is the alsolute belief in one right way and
obedience to authority which was the driving force behind rise of
civilization. A long before when men were living in small tribes but
then those tribes became to accumulate and started living in
bigger tribes. That time of tribes is taken as to be within the red
spiral which is the very ancient type of living style with very old
belief systems and cultural norms, mainly alpha-male dominated
society. In order to evolve from such societies, you need a set of
organizing principles for that society and with a common purpose

get all the benefits and they raise the children. Women are not
allowed to be the priest. This is the hierarchy, and if we take this
away according to stage blue then the society is going to collapse.
There is no materialistic gain for which the people live rather the
purpose should be to give and earn respect, and to be a good
human. Ultimately, the aim of blue stage is to serve the God.
These people are very strong in their morals and if someone
breaks the morality then they are sinners. Morality is not some
relativistic, cultural norm. Morality is absolute. Blue stage people
are very sensitive to be attacked on the cultural grounds. They
don’t want to change the culture infact they need to defend our
culture and preserve our heritage. Any deviation from the
absolute truth as written in the scriptures is corruption and
failure. It values family very much. Blue stage people are very
patriotic people. They claim their country to be the best always.
You have a strong moral code of conduct. You have a sense of
honor and you don’t want your honor to be disturbed. Such
people value decency, manners and etiquettes. Proper dresses
and uniforms are of keen importance to the people of stage blue.
They find profanity very offensive. The religious and national
documents are very sacred to the people of stage blue. These
people believe that the absolute truth can be written in a book
and it should be memorized as a prayer and it is of utmost
importance.
The authority which is having control on everything and every
human being is having the divine status. The authority has been
given this status by God and the God tells how the system should

Unhealthy Manifestations:
Hard, strict, polarizing, fixed and inflexible. Judging and
cold. Finds fault with everything.
Extreme bureaucracy. Stick to the rules because those are
the rules.
Continuously striving for perfection, even when solutions
are already workable.
Stage Orange: This stage comes after the blue stage. This is
perhaps the most important stage to talk about about because
this is probably the stage at which most people come into. This is
because in the western democracies, first world countries and
even the third world countries, this stage is cultured after being
inspired by the globally known American civilization or culture.
This maybe done through the internet and the Hollywood movies
and all such stuff and this all embodies the stage orange. This
world view is discussed because this is what spiral dynamism is all
about. The way we got all this is that we have been programmed
in a way and conditioned with the set of values depending on
which culture and area we grew up in, and the problem is not that
we hold this to be the only set of values or world views but for us
this is the way how we live. We hold this to be the absolute truth
and the only way it should be. We also try to impose our world
view and values to everybody else and this is because we are
looking at the world from our limited world view.

could find postitions along the spirals which are much further
apart and yet at the same time, it feels like there are such
enemies and such polar opposites and its very interesting how it
Works. So, i would again like to give credit to Clare Graves, Don
Beck and Christopher Cowan for their research and developing
this model because spiral dynamism is a complicated model which
need a lot of years and these people have spent their entire lives
in its research and development. Most of the people especially
the modern people nowadays are so much indoctrinated in
orange that they seem to be blind into it and they are unknown to
this situation. So it can be very useful to become conscious of the
mental software that is running all of our behaviours in the entire
life. So let us be down to it and understand what it actually mean.
It’s the individual achievement and improving the self through
certain calculations. We start to act for our own interests and we
start playing our own game which is actually the shift from the
blue stage and the blue stage was actually about the sacrifice for
others and for the sake of civilization. It was actually about the
sacrifice for the country and even for the after-life. So, discipling
ourselves for now will be helping us in a better result at the end.
Whereas the orange stage signifies the importance of the present
world and give least or no importance to the after-life and the
material life is the most important life for the orange stage
people. Such people focus on improving this world to resist the
opposition of such blue stage thoughts. Orange stage people tend
to focus on rise of materialism, capitalism, consumerism,
business, secular-humanism, popular culture, science, technology,

then the rise of self-help industry gave more power and courage
to all the competitors of the society. The self-help industry that
became most important in this stage and eventually it took the
place of the religion and tradition which were meant for self-help
basically. The orange stage always wanted to secularize the
religion and thus all of the concepts related to self help which
were present in the religion were made so confused that the self-
help industry seems to be the only path of help in this modern
and industrialized world. Orange self-help is all about the
prosperity. How do we prosper and climb to the top of every field.
How do we manipulate better. A lot of orange self-help is about
how we manipulate the marketplace to sort of improve our stage
in life. Because of this, orange starts to value skills, knowledge and
education. The aquisation of skills become paramount for orange
people abilities to climb the way to the top. Orange values
confidence, optimism and charisma. The orange stage spiral
dynamism believes that everyone should strive toward self-
relience and independence. The dependence on the welfare state,
religion, government is just a cruch. The progress in life of a
person who possesses the orange stage dynamism is judged by
the progress in money, status and luxury. This values physical
appearance, beauty, youth and coolness. This also refers to the
concept of YOLO which means that you only live once. So with this
also comes the consumerism, it’s all about buying new mobile
phones, new Gucci shirts and purses, new Rayban glasses to look
cool and smart and to fit in the culture of fashionable and modern
world. The celebrity culture, popular culture and the social media
are the parallel things to the orange stage. The celebrities are the
glorification to the orange stage. These celebrities represent the
orange ideals being actualized. The people who are into this
orange stage look to those ideals which are very famous and seem
to be the very fashionable stars of today world. These people
become admired from them and they always try to follow them.
Common people try to become the celebrity. This is all about the
sales and how we increase the sales. This tells how we can take
the products and take them into the mass market and then
increase their sales. This may include almost anything like mass-

for the blue stage people and orange stage people also didn’t care
about it because for orange stage people there is no hard physical
reality so exploring other sides of consciousness is a fictional stuff.
The yellow stage values the spirituality whereas the green can be
spiritual but not religious in a way the blue was and especially the
green stage values communal type of spirituality. So we see
people coming towards the meditation and doing spirituality in
communal way. This stage loves to learn from the nature and
environment. This gives value to the recycling and the human
friendly activities. Every person in the organization created by
green will know each other, there will be a connection and all of
them will sort of know every other person. Green values the
redistribution of resources and leveling the plane so that
everyone can have the equal chance. This is so because green is
sad to see all the inequality that is created by capitalism. Values
inclusiveness because in that way everybody will be able to
express themselves and speak their agenda so green doesn’t want
to exclude anybody and it’s very big on tolerance. Green values
creativity, beauty and art. Art is always more true for green
because art comes from the heart. It doesn’t come from the cold,
rational and business strategy. Bringing people of the world
together and spreading socialism. The emotion is an extremely
term for the green stage people. The stage orange was like I am
the capable only and now it’s like we as a community accepting
and loving everybody. Green is sacrificing the self for the social
network community. The feelings and caring supersede cold
rationality for green. It is joining a community to experience
shared growth together so that I am not experiencing the
successful path alone. Green wishes for decisions through
reconciliation and re-consensus which can take a long time. Green
is all about getting together and voting on stuff and talking it out
rather than someone just handing you down orders from a bond
because there is no hierarchy in green. Green is about the mutual
understanding and defines the goals and objectives in human
terms. So, rather than judging the success and progress based on
rise in GDP, net-worth or profits then the green is going to use the
qualitative metrics or something like that because it drives orange
28
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
the Silicon Valley who are in a state of half orange and half green.
Example of such entrepreneurs is Elon Musk, someone who is
success oriented but still he is now thinking about how do he
create technology and use the business in a more responsible
manner such that he is advancing the mankind and creating a
technological system which will sustain the planet rather than
destroying the planet. The green stage people always encourage
and nourish the employees. The CEO who is in a stage green will
actually go and talk to the employees and ask for their
requirements. Sometimes, this stage feels emotionally needy and
not fulfilled which can also be seen as a weakness. So green is not
sort of having the materialistic and branded stuff like rolex
watches etc. It’s more about developing from inside and not from
outside. So, whenever the green person approaches woman then
he will be more inclined towards the inner personality and
emotions rather than just the physical and outward appearance.
Green is categorized by being individualistic in a conformist way
which is a really interesting paradox. The characteristics for this
stage are given below which will make it easier to get to this stage
in terms of leadership:
1. Strives for harmony, unity and consensus
2. Relationships, sharing and bonding
3. Ecological and environmental consciousness
4. Egalitarian, relativistic, and political correctness
5. Idealistic, humanistic and pacifistic
6. Tolerant and acceptant of different views
7. Emotional, sensitive, and caring
8. Personal growth, spirituality and introspection
9. Ideological and attention for the life environment and the
Planet
10. Development of compassion and social networks
11. Process orientation, communication and dialogue
12. Knowledge sharing, decentralization and bottom up
30
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
Tier 1 and Tier 2: There are basically two tiers in the spiral
dynamism and this is called tier 2. The first tier is all the stuff
beneath yellow stage. This is sort of conventional thinking, that is
how 99% of all the mankind thinks and most of them really don’t
know about the tier 2. Clare Graves describes that tier 2 is a
quantum leap in one’s awareness of reality. It is an awakening to
system thinking and wholeism. Seeing everything in the reality is
deeply interconnected that tier 1 couldn’t even imagine. Tier 2 is
opening up to the awareness of the spiral itself. Now, we don’t
have to know the spiral dynamics to be into our 2 but it helps a
lot. Tier 2 thinkers and observers look back upon human
development, it starts to see these natural levels emerging which
is the thing spiral dynamics is all about. Tier 2 shifts from the
survival into the being. Most of the mankind is not interested in
“Being” rather they are interested in the survival and this notion
of survival means a lot of stuff that the people do normally such
as having family, children, money, hangouts and all the
entertainment, all of that comes under the label of survival and
that is not being, being is something else. There is a shift into the

Stage Yellow: This stage comes after the green stage. This stage
is the most passionate stage; there is something so special about
this stage. It’s rare to find people in society or media with yellow
stage thinking. We can refer this stage to be systemic, integrative
and multi-perspectival. It takes many perspectives upon reality
and that is its one of the most defining characteristics. It’s a
difference between looking at the world through a spy glass or a

Healthy manifestations:
Critical, curious without judging and keep asking questions. Can
easily distinguish between the essential and the ancillary. Creative
and innovative and has a continuous flow of new ideas and ways
of thinking. Uses the most appropriate and workable methods
and behaviors to realize strategies and builds on already existing
knowledge and models.
39
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
Unhealthy manifestations:
Get bogged down in complex analysis. Builds castles in the air;
inventing beautiful futuristic solutions, which are not pragmatic.
Not able to finish something because there’s always something
new that requires attention. Everything is criticized and made
more complex instead of doing what actually needs to be done. At
times, Yellow may seem cold and distant as it sometimes forgets
to connect to people (because of its enthusiasm).
leadership characteristics:
1. Ensure a clear vision and a purpose (purpose-directed ob-
jectives).
2. Be an inspiring beacon for your people.
3. Show that you have an overview and an understanding of
how everything is connected and works together. Make
choices from a larger context.
4. Focus attention and message towards the over-arching
purpose of the system.
5. Able to make complex things simple and to communicate
them in an understandable language.
6. Able to distinguish between the essential and the ancillary.
7. Be critical in a ‘healthy’ way, creative, sharp and open-
minded.
40
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
your stage may not agree with all the things being discussed or
may feel to be entirely magical or unreal. The reason it seems this
way is because you are too far away from stage turquoise so for
you it might feel like I am discussing some type of philosophy or
idealogy which is actually not the case. But you might not
appreciate this stage since you are mostly on other levels and
stages. The things which will be discussed in this stage are quite
deep and philosophical. It’s not like that you are going to jump to
another stage after some time but you will have to work for this
stage for years and decades maybe. It depends on how much
brainwashing has been done when we all were young and now
how much work we are willing to put into this. These stages affect
how we see the entire world. They affect the physical world and
how we see it. This is affected by the stage we have. They affect
what we think is worth while in life? What we think is relevant or
irrelevant, what we think is scientific and unscientific, what we
think is reasonable and unreasonable. So, something that seems
insane at stage blue will be seen perfect sane at this yellow and
turquoise and vice versa. What we consider dangerous to
ourselves but also what we consider dangerous to our
community. These stages might get political because spiral
dynamics is excellent at explaining the politics but only when we
get into tier 2 or a step above of our own stage because the issue
is that tier 1 has all the group agendas that are clouding its vision.
So politics often times becomes all about fears and what we think
is the greatest danger to mankind, what we think it is? Do we
think it’s the capitalist, or communist, or feminist, terrorist, or
fundamentalist, or materialist or intellectualists, globalists, or
nationalist or who do we think its threatening to all mankind? This
all depends that what stage we are at. And ofcourse when we get
into the higher stages we see that really there is nothing to fear
and no danger at all because it’s all just a game but we certainly
wont understand that until or unless we go into the turquoise.
Everything upto turquoise was kindergarten. You might think that
you have been trying hard from last ten or twenty years doing all
the stuff and shifting within the stages and you think that you
have understood so much and now you think that you have
42
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
about turquoise that might be little bit different than the founders
of spiral dynamics talked about, the reason I am discussing it in
my own ways because I think that I have understood it in a much
better way. So, the essence of turquoise is that it’s holistic, global
collectivist and self-transcendant. It swung to yellow which was
individualistic and now it swings back to the collective ego which
is an emphasis on collectivism but the collectivism is now different
as it was in green. In the green, collectivist is about sort of joining
a group and serving the group identity. With turquoise, the
pendulum swings and now it’s about manifesting the self for the
benefit of existential reality and for entire planet. We are
sacrificing ourselves for that. The essence of turquoise is also to
experience the wholeness of experience through mind and spirit.
The world is seen as a single dynamic organism with its own
collective mind. Everything connects with everything else. A lot of
boundaries breakdown and there are a lot of ecological
alignments for turquoise. The universe is alive and intelligent. It’s
not a typical machine like working structure. This stage is
interested in building a human community based on mystical
wisdom that is the deepest wisdom to possibly access for
mankind. Turquoise is interested in cooperative action for
elevating the consciousness of mankind. Turquoise is the
synthesis of left and right brain, east & west, science and religion,
mind, body, spirit and heart. All of them coming together to
function very smoothly and efficiently for the benefit of all the life
and consciousness. So, turquoise takes a very big picture of
perspective that what life is about? It’s not about me becoming
rich, famous or successful, it’s not about fighting for some political
cause for my little group even if my group is an environmental
group. It’s not about saving some oppressed minority; it’s also not
about saving some civilizations or preserving some hierarchies. It
is all about getting the mankind to awaken. To the magnificient of
existence to which most of mankind is utterly asleep. You will find
turquoise in government, education, politics, media, and business
and not even in the universities. Now, this is the very important
point because most people have never actually met a person of
stage turquoise. So, what I am describing here may sound like
44
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
and mysticism. Most of the people in the society and most the
institutions of the society are close-minded to turquoise. This is so
because whenever something is so advanced and high-level then
for the society it is very difficult to accept and understand the
teachings of the stage turquoise. This has happened in past and it
is going to be like this in future. People who are in this stage
usually become gurus, teachers, sages, leaders and visionaries. So
if you want to find them then you can find them in such positions.
There are very few of such turquoise people may become so
developed that they are at really good position to build their own
communities and to become a leader in any other form because
they have a lot of wisdom that they can easily guide people. They
help people solve many of their problems and issues by guiding
and teaching them in a way others are not able to. But they have
to do this on their own terms because the society really doesn’t
provide the infrastructure that will just allow them to take a
normal 9-5 job and be able to really embody and teach their
ideas. They would have to consider some sort of development in
order to convey their message and they develop their own setup.
Torquoise emerges with the realization that the yellow has that it
alone no matter how much it model and understands stuff. It
cannot solve the world’s problems just through its systemic
understanding. There is a need of community effort to work on
these problems that we see and that is when turquoise emerges.
It emerges when yellow starts to see that consciousness unifies
everything and also everyone. The idea that consciousness is
central, all of the various problems, problems in universities,
economy and government or any other problem, it all blows down
to consciousness and that is what the turquoise realize. When
yellow starts to see the limits of thinking and modeling and the
scientific methods and of reasons and logic, when the limits
become utterly undeniable then yellow was ready to go beyond
the mind and it’s ready to post rational and then the turquoise
starts to emerge. Turquoise emerges when yellow starts to realize
that all of the answers and understanding that it has developed so
far has not been the ultimate answer. The ultimate answers have
still not been answered at yellow because the ultimate answers
46
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
are beyond cause and effect, beyond linear thinking and beyond
the mind. And so when yellow starts to pursue those questions
deeply, then it starts to have glimpses of the non-duality and it
starts to have direct consciousness of absolute and then that is
where turquoise can emerge. Turquoise emerges with very
serious spiritual practices; this is something what is required.
Turquoise is for the flowering of mysticism, when boundary starts
to desolve between the self, other and world. The physical stuff
that we want utterly undeniable at stage orange and even yellow,
now those starts to break down and this really will make your
mind get upset and then turquoise starts to emerge with self-
transcendence. With the transcendence of your ego, turquoise
starts to emerge with the awareness of “maya”. The dream that
we are in starts to realize that what is happening everywhere is
only a dream and it’s visual game and hallucination. There is
nothing tangible. We start to realize that “maya” it is in all of its
forms deludes in very solid seeming tangible illusiosn but those
are just hallucinations. Now we are going to realize “maya” and
turquoise starts to emerge. When yellow realizes that mind and
understanding by itself doesn’t give happiness and yellow is still
depressed, frustrated, fearful and anxious and still has all the
human problems. Yellow suffers a lot and it’s fed up with all the
sufferings and wants a permanent solution and an extential level
solution, and then turquoise starts to emerge. There is a shift
from yellow to turquoise and it’s basically a shift from learning
about stuff to being one emerged with the many. One of the
highest values for a turquoise individual is the Consciousness and
not just our own consciousness but also elevating the
consciousness of the mankind because when the turquoise starts
to understand the key that unlocks and solves all the problems of
mankind, we see all the delusions in the world that ofcourse
needed to be resolved and the people of stage turquoise can do
this in a much better way than any other person of other stages.
This stage values and gives importance to the wisdom and not just
of an individual but on a whole of the society and community. This
is because the boundary between human beings and reality starts
to breakdown. Torquoise have a totally new assumption of God
47
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
and divinity. For the blue stage the divine was like an entity, and
these was ridiculed by society of orange which was actually right
and wrong both in different sense. There is actually the presence
of God and turquoise is starting to understand what that is? But
through direct consciousness and we will have to recontextualize
our experience to really understand about the universality and
divinity which is occurring every moment but we are unaware of it
because we are sleeping within the context of that stage. For
turquoise it’s very important that how we interact with everything
as much as possible because what realization of divine is that
everything is infinitely interconnected and that is the most extra-
ordinary experience and insight that you can have in life is to
realize the infinite interconnection of everything and we are the
heart of it all. We are not just some ordinary creature that was
accidentally born without any purpose. Synthesizing more and
more together, integrating all religions and science. Turquoise is
not acting really out of a need to please anybody, to manipulate
anybody or to belong to a part of a group and to conform all that
stuff, turquoise has transcended. It values “Being” as supposed to
knowing, doing and having which is all about the lower stages.
The lower stage is either about having stuff, doing stuff or
knowing stuff that was yellow and turquoise now going to “Being”
and its little difficult to express the significance of “Being”. We
have to be it to understand what it really is and why it’s more
powerful than the other stuff. Rather than fighting with nature,
the turquoise is flowing with the nature. At the turquoise, the life
can be totally effortless, pleasureabale as of those who are karate
master and only focus on nature that every problem will be
resolved by flowing with nature. Turquoise values the healing on
every dimension whether it’s physical, emotional or spiritual
dimension. This stage values the direct downloads from infinite
intelligence and universal divine which is really amazing. Turqoise
is really able to become the supernatural visionary. We might see
connections that most of the mankind on the whole will not see
or understand this for hundreds of more years to come. So a
turquoise visionary can see stuff and where the technology is
going and to see where the human race is heading to. Such people
48
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
are so far in their thinking and always care for a long upcoming
future ahead. Maybe this is the reason that most of the people
don’t take the thinking of turquoise seriously and the common
people think of it as a joke. Turquoise values the self amusement.
It tends to be light hearted because it’s the ego that is heavy
hearted. It’s the ego that has problems and fears that block it all
down. Turquoise stage people take this ahead and big thinking is
utmost important for them, even the big thinking of yellow stage
is less as compared to that of turquoise. The big thinking becomes
real, tangible and physical. There might be some confusion arising
to differentiate between the turquoise and green. So, we should
be having a more profound distinction to get it clearer. At
turquoise, we have the real mysticism whereas in the green we
have a more new age sort of spiritual practices. Maybe we are a
part of a social group, going for the physical exercise and
meditational retreats but all of them are not serious because we
are doing it but the meditation might be for some common
benefits such as health or monitory and to calm the mind and
reduce anxiety and depression. This is all not about the deep
meta-physical meditation. Infact, most people who practice the
meditation really don’t have any idea about what does this really
mean and for what purpose it really mean that? This is so because
the people practice it so casually. This is informed by the direct
non-dual experiences rather than the beliefs or ideas. The green
may have a lot of spiritual beliefs such as reincarnation, soul
experiences and the divine. But such beliefs don’t matter a lot
because it’s only theoretical type of set beliefs. This same
problem is with the blue, since it believes in a lot of stuff such as
ideas, divine metaphysics, reincarnation or spirits but its all just
about the presence of ideas and no experience of such concepts.
At the blue, what most of the people are doing is ideal worship,
and blue is the copy of turquoise but its not following the
experience that is required to reach at the turquoise level that is
totally practical. This embraces global activism without attacking
the individuality that was done by the stage green. In this stage,
everyone is being themselves. But in a same time it’s the whole
activity globally done for a greater purpose. The recognition of
49
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
50
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
the DNA and genes. The reality according to this stage is that we
are related to the table and chair as we are related to our parents.
This really doesn’t mean that the table and chair have any DNA
but it’s just like DNA is a single factor and it’s really irrelevant
when we become conscious to see the hidden realities as per
stage turquoise. This happens because of the presence of full non-
duality in the direct experience. The table at which we are looking
at is actually ourself according to this stage. So when we start to
realize these phenomenons and concepts then all the realities
start to breakdown and so all the group identities which were
thought to be important become completely meaningless and of
no importance. This stage used the world as an inter-linked causes
and effect, and interacting fields of energy. For turquoise there is
a joint activity across groups and communities. The communities
are not spiritual but also conceptual because the boundary
between the physical and conceptual itself starts to dissolve and
begin to realize that physical is a concept or in other words,
physical itself is not physical. The feelings and emotions come
back into play because the yellow is too much on left brain and
sort of academic in nature so the feelings come back in with the
turquoise. The work of this stage is almost should be meaningful
to the whole life. There is a deep trust of intuition and instinct.
The self is a part of a large conscious spiritual whole. We are not
just a simple human being what we have always thought.
Turquoise tends to be non-manipulative, non-idealogical and non-
judgemental which we can’t just say for the other lower stages. It
is not driven by fear or selfishness. Turquoise does not play the
blame games. Turquoise is far beyond green fetish spirituality. It
has direct experience of oneself being divine. Turquoise deeper,
mental and spiritual capacities are awakened. New abilities that
we might think of as super-powers become ordinary powers in
turquoise. The paranormal activities might develop in this stage
but they are absolutely normal for this stage.

Zen’s Enlightenment
Z
EN is basically a metaphor with ten stages of
enlightenment. This model basically emerged around
thousands of years ago. It originated and emerged in
China. It’s very ancient.
There are various models of this and it’s been manipulated
and changed a lot. This is in actual a map. In a certain sense, it’s
like spiral dynamics. Spiral dynamics is map of different stages
that you evolve through and grow through. Zen’s map is actually a
map for the different spiritual stages or different stages of
awakening that you go through. Zen is not the only tradition that
has this kind of map but all other such traditions have their maps.
Because they all understand that you go through the spiritual
awakening. The reason that this model can be valuable is that this
helps you to see the insight at just more profound and deeper
level. It keeps you humble and shows you that even after you
have attained your awakening, there are still many stages beyond
that and you probably be unaware of it. Zen’s model also helps
you to point out the various traps and flaws along the way. The
number of the stages is not something to get involved into
because every tradition has its own number of stages. The ten
stages are not particularly because of any specific reason. There
can be as many stages as you want. The stages are meant to
understand because of their special interaction with each other
55
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
Every stage has its own phrases and words. This is the first stage.
This is the first stage where most of the people are at. This is
56
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
“There are people who lack the fire to bring light into their
own future. They lapse into wishful thinking hoping someone
else will provide that light for them.”
So this is very important. A lot of newbies get this into their head
that somehow the desire for awakening is wrong because they
hear the platitude that all the desire is wrong and you must end
seeking. This leads to the foolish thinking that why should we
begin path?
This type of mistake can be refered to as burning your ship
before you have used it to cross the river. So the person at this
stage should not be worrying about the enlightenment and its
going to trap you in the spiritual ego. This is because that is not
the problem for that person and it’s going to give no result to
anybody. We are in actual operating completely under the
operations of the society which has misled us in various ways and
now we will have to fight through all that. Just by affirming that
you want to become enlightened that is a very important step
because that is where the journey begins but that is not all
enlightenment. Enlightenment is something all together and the
enlightenment is the ox and the metaphor of the ox means the
“enlightenment” and ultimate truth as per say according to this
theory. This is the answer to the many questions which were
57
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
The suffering is the cause and mercy is the effect. The trick which
is played by the devil is that it makes you think that there is no
need of suffering and no need of mercy which tends us towards
the foolishness that we don’t even start the journey of excellence.
There is great saying that “The person of great talent is slow to
mature and a person of great character develops slowly”. It
endures long sufferings along the way and this prepares us for the
long journey of catching the ox (metaphor for consciousness). This
is a difficult journey but if you are lucky enough then it might
become easy for you but don’t expect it to be an easy one. This is
a journey like to climb Mount Everest. You have to appreciate
significance of this journey that you are taking. Only then you will

This is the second stage. This is the stage where many of us are at.
You have had learnt about meditation. You have heard about
awakening. You have read some books about it. You might have
seen some videos of such lectures. Maybe you have meditated
and you have got glimpses of something and you were sort of
shocked and awakened at the same time since the ego was
clicked by something weird which will be only for a very few time
period. This will be you starting to see the footprints. There
maybe something like an ox since you have had a feeling of its
presence but not seen it yet other than its footprints. This is a
very important stage because a lot of people trick themselves to
not go into this stage because this is one of the doubts in their
rationals that comes in and smart people start saying that prove
59

all this including the ox and the actuality. This gives rise to the
delusionary set of thinking. The Zen master quoted about this
stage that:
This is not going to matter how much you seek, how much you
search. Always we are buried into the mountains of self delusion
covered with mistaken thinking. So, there is another trap where
we are going to fall into. There is a tendency to hear about the
non-duality, awakening and enlightenment and rather than
actually doing the practice rather than sitting down and doing
self-inquiry. This is going to be done by reading books and
searching for the knowledge. Afterwards you will be making a
philosophy of non-duality and thinking that you have achieved
something great and figured it out and understood what is being
taught. But in real, what you are doing is that deluding yourself.
You will be making an imaginary ox and and imaginative real
actuality. This could be really dangerous and we need to be
cautious for this. Someone you might have thought that the Zen
monks don’t read or study then from where this idea started? It is
ridiculous to think that it can possibly be true. We might say that
Zen is a separate transmission outside of the scripture but it is
only because there are teachings that there is something
transmitted from it. The people like Zen masters have decades of

3: Seeing the Ox
"In the trees nightingale sing and sing again, sun warms the soft wind,
green willows line the banks, here there is nowhere left for it to hide,
It's majestic head and horns, no artist could draw."
61
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
“Still you have not really caught the ox. You have just caught a
glimpse from behind. You have seven more stages to go. To
catch the ox is not easy task but first you must catch side of it”
4: Catching the Ox
"With your last ounce of strength, you take it, But stubborn and strong
it won't be broken, Now it suddenly climbs on high ground, Then it
descends to vanish deep into the mist."
This is the stage where we are actually trying to catch the ox and
own it for our purpose. This is us going far beyond the initial four
glimpses of the actuality and starts to embody the awakening in
62
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
our everyday life. Zen master quoted about this stage that:
“Just catching the ox is not enough, you must get a tight rope
on it and catch it and make it your own. A mind of thoughts
and attachments cannot possibly fathom the spirit of the ox
that is called original face”
This stage hates the world of desires and worldly passions. This is
where we get into the rude awakening that in order to catch this
ox you will really have to completely surrender yourself. Turning
the psychy inside out and the egotism stand in the way of you
catching the ox and taiming the ox. So now we will have to make a
choice. The develist ego self and old deprived deluded life full of
the attachements, desires, sufferings, addictions and cravings or
the ox. We can’t have both of them. We can not attain the ox as
long as we have the fantasies about the spirituality, religion, good
or evil and the actual consciousness. Your various political
ideologies, economic ideologies, capitalism, socialism,
conservatism and all of its fantasies are to be discarded if we want
the ox. We can not have the ox as well as maintain all the
nonsense. The only reason that all the people want this stuff is
because they don’t really have the ox and tamed the ox and didn’t
fully realized what the ox is? Because if you did then ox will
irradiate and block out all of the egotistical craving within you, all
of the schemes and manipulations that you are trying to attain in
the name of the ox and this is how all the evil happens in the
society.
63

5: Taming the Ox
"Not for a moment put down whip or rane, Less the Ox wondered back
to dust and desire, Pull again and again, till it's tame and gentle, Of
itself it will follow without bridle or chain"
“Now you have caught the ox but this ox will not do what you
want it to do. That is why you will have to train it and make it
your own.”
64
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
takes years and decades and that is why nobody wants to pursue
it. This is the reason that the Zen mastery is so rare. The Zen
masters keep on improving their stage because this is how they
become able to sustain what they achieved otherwise they might
lose their position and the mastery they have acquired after tough
times.
This is the stage where you have finally started to sort of attain
the embodiment of your awakening. And now you are on your
way of becoming the master. This is not something which we
usually about and this is not something fantastic that we have
achieved. This starts to become our ordinary way of life. Zen
master quoted about this stage that:
engage in the world and relationships and all of this is still infused
in the non-duality because we have really tamed the ox. Here you
have reached the pinnacle of life. One who says I want this or that
or I want to do this or that, is still wondering around in the life
path but when you have reached the peak, there is no need to
climb anymore. No need to get tired anymore. So at this stage,
many aligned people will give advide to newbies wrongly that
there is no need to do any more work for this cause and so the
newbie mis-interprets the advice and thinks that there is nothing
to do anymore. Those who still think of making money are
wandering around at the half way point; you worry about neither
seeking absolute nor extinguishing delusive passions, are cutting
of all thoughts there is no one in the world you think either nice
or nasty. With the mind of no mind, you need everyone as if for
the first time. With that relaxed and expensive attitude you leave
everything to the ox so that wherever it goes you feel like at
home.
7: Ox Transcended
"Astride your Ox, you've reached the hills of home, With Ox put away,
you too are at ease, The sun has risen three poles high, Yet still you're
dreaming, Your whip and line hang idle, under the fetched eaves."
This is the stage where you have now transcended the seeking of
awakening and enlightenment. And this is the stage where
everybody says that there is no such thing like enlightenment.
Because you have realized that you were the ox all the time,
66
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
So, this is the very advanced stage. This is where you transcend
everything and surrender everything. Sufi describes it as “Fana” or
passing away. Everything passes aways. All the techniques pass
away. Everything passes away even the “self” passes away. All of
the ideas about non-duality pass away, all efforts passes away.
This is complete emptiness. This emptiness goes full in circle and
there is an inflection point where all the emptiness also spills out
into infinity. All of it in all the moments is “Self”. You also start to
realize that everything that happened really didn’t happened. We
might see that there is some stuff happening in the world but at
this stage you realize that none of the universe has ever even
transpired. This is a shocking and radical depth of non-duality,
way beyond the insight of “no-self”. This is a complete and radical
nothingness which is shocking and horrifying at the same time but
also wonderous and magnificient and divine. Zen master quoted
about this stage that:
68
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
"You return to the origin, went back to the source, such wasted effort,
How much better to just be blind and deaf, From inside your hut, you
don't see outside your hut, Let the streams just flow on, and the
flowers just bloom red."
70
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
you still have a lot to do. So, also one more thing to take into
consideration is that you should not be taking these parts too
seriously or too leniently because this is only a general guideline,
a map, an estimate. This is only the map and not a territory. Zen
master quoted about this stage that:
72
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
This was something remarkable about the great people uptil now
and this is why they were all the greatest role models. This is
precisely what they did. But there is something about this too that
the people who are in this stage get a little proud or sometype of
leadership is developed which is not quite right as it should be.
Such people also smile always as if they don’t know anything
about this stage and about the actuality. These people lead those
who are hard, stiff and rough people. He helps the people to
discover the light in their lives. When you have reached this
highest stage, then you keep on helping the people and with that
you also live with them as being like them.

CHAPTER 3
Sociological Perspectives
76
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
78
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz

emphasize the other aspects. Now we will look at the manner and
scales with which sociologists look into the societies and
perspectives. Some of the sociologists look into the macro
questions while others look into the micro questions. The macro
issues may involve industrialization, capitalism, urbanization and
structures. And the micro issues may include human behaviours
and symbolic interaction etc. The most important thing for us to
understand is that these are not compartmentalized rather these
are just manners by which we can understand the society.
Suppose that I introduce a perspective of hoax sociological
perspective and you not find it in any particular textbook or
reference book, then you should not get worried because these
textbooks are created by the individuals like us and since we all
know that the knowledge is not fixed. As the knowledge changes,
the controls of the discipline also change. So we may have a lot of
types of perspectives and very different kinds and types of books.
What is important for us is to validate and look that who were the
theorists in original who articulated that kinds of perspectives. If
we want to get deep analysis of the societies of today or of even
past then we will have to get involved with studying the sacred
texts about the behaviors of society and all the sociological
perspectives of past. The study of the old civilizations benefits a
lot in making our studies better of today. Subsequently, there was
a great deal of criticism about this approach that the field views or
the actual society that has not necessarily corresponded to the
text view. And the sociologists opt to go to the fields to figure out
that how the people live. A really nice example to consider with
82
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
84
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
86
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
sociology and questioned the role where he said that the effective
and efficient family in an industrial society, the man must be the
breadwinner and that would be the most instrumental role that
man has to perform. In contrast, the woman who looks after the
house and is more domestic will be playing the passive role that is
looking after emotions, caretaking, upbringing children, cleaning
and washing and a whole host of activities which we associate
with domesticity and reproduction of the new generation. In a
certain sense, there is not a problem with all this but the only
issue is that the description of it often existing nuclear family
rather than the analytical category which allows us to understand
the variety of societies that exist in this world. As all of us are
familiar that many of the families belong to middle class and may
not have mothers who went out for work. But there are still some
families who belong to poor as well as the working class and their
mothers go out for earning. This introduces a more complex
concept. The concept of class, caste, or maybe the concept of
whether you are located in a region which is rural or urban and it
all complicates the notion of status and roles. In other words, we
then have to distinguish whether status and roles are for ever
fixed and not changing or do we have a normative set of ideas
whether which kind of status is good and which kind of role is
good. So, functionalism as a theory which was based on a certain
understanding of what would be an ideal, modern and developed
society roughly corresponding to what people thought was north
& west European modern post worldwar-II society would be the
typically good society. The problem is that the scientific temper of
88
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz

Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
our environment.
At one point of time, people felt that if they come to one place
and study the people then they will be studying the one culture.
Increasingly people find that there is great deal of migration and
the cultures are spread whereas they also felt the need to shift
from one culture to the other with which the new concept rose by
the name of “Globalization”. We have different people of
different origins in different parts of the world. All have different
language, different eating habbits, different schools of thoughts,
different clothing styles, different likes and dislikes and similarly
different educational levels. The culture is constantly evolving and
making advancements in the lives of people every new day. So,
we have a multiple list of concepts but the need is of emphasis
that is always on the history, limits, and possibilities of the
concepts. The much better analogy to understand this would be
the process which is unfolding. These are the tools which we use
to explore. Maybe in the middle of the field work we find that this
concept is not helping and we will have to take another stand on
another concept. So, we have to understand as our instrument in
order to understand the “social” or “reality”. The concepts apart
from the status and roles and apart from culture, we have other
concepts for example institutions whether it is a concept? Social
institutions & sociology will continue to question those human
beings as they continue to act and make a habbit of acting in a
particular manner, the habitual form of behavior leads to certain
types of institutionalizations. But the other question that arises is
that whether it’s the automatic response just too repeated

Perception
W
HAT DOES PERCEPTION MEANS? And what
i s t h e r e l a t i o n between perceptions, the mind, brain,
consciousness and the reality?
“The perceptive act is a reaction of the mind upon the object of which
it is the perception.”
Samuel Alexander
96
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
98
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
that but still it’s not quite right because what does it mean for the
universe like if this database exists, and some entity looking at the
database, seeing at database, perceiving the database, no we
can’t really say that because the universe hasn’t evolved to the
point where there are sentient creatures. So we will be in a quite
weird situation when we say that there is this database but
nobody actually knows about it. So what does it even mean to say
that there is a database? Because what we mean when we say
that something is then we perceive it or someone perceives it. So
this takes us to deep metaphysical oceans that are very much
difficult in navigating but let us go to the current perception of
reality which we all have. The perception which might get you
confused about what perception is?
1. What you believe is that there is an objective external
material world and this world exists independently of you.
This is what we all believe.
2. There are two kinds of objects in this world. There are dumb
objects like cars, mountains, rocks, buildings and planets.
And the others are sentient creatures like humans, animals
and birds.
3. You believe that these sentient creatures and objects
perceive the external world and that every creature has this
perceptual field that is their perception of the external
world.
4. You believe that you were born into the world as one of
these biological sentient creatures. You believe that this is
what you are.
100
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
5. You believe that the perceptual field that you have as one of
these creatures is inside of the brain or is produced by the
brain which is itself a dumb object or a rock which exists as
part of the external world. You might say that how this
dumb object called a brain can produce this perceptual field
but nevertheless it does.
So this is the conventional model. This is sort of scientific,
materialistic model that everybody follows even the religious
people. This can be on the other side an illusion created by the
ego. That is not exactly how it works. It works in a way that is
described below as:
1. There is no objective external material world. Only one
thing exists in all the existence and that is one universal
field of consciousness. That is what everything you have
ever interacted with has been is this one universal field of
consciousness.
2. You did not come into existence as an object, not as a
dumb object nor as one of the sentient creatures. This is
the illusion. Actually you were born as an idea. We must
be pondering on what does this mean that we are not an
object but we are an idea. Actually, this is the idea that
you are a physical object. You are not in actual a physical
object but you are an idea that you are a physical object.
3. This idea of you when it correspond into being and into
existence, it takes ownership of this field of consciousness
and mis-interpreted it as its own perceptions.
So if you right now, find yourself in this perceptual bubble or
101
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
field and you believe that this field is yours, you believe that it is
you. You actually believe that this comprises your life like if this
bubble was removed then that is what you imagine death is.
Similarly what you imagine life and birth is the initiation of this
bubble. And what we are discussing here is that there was this
field which stretches out to infinity and then one day this field has
an idea and the idea was that this field is mine and this is my life
and what you actually did is that you constructed ego when it
came into existence. It constructed out of this field, this sense of
“self-hood” and then it convinced itself that if this is my life and
that is what happening then I must perceive some external world
behind the scenes somewhere. And these are the perceptions of
that external world behind the scenes. That external objective,
material world which you might have never encountered because
all what you have encountered is this perceptual field in which
you are present. So literally the sense of “self-hood” has distorted
this non-personal field and has made it personal for you. And you
have actually constructed your own life out of it. You sort of
carved your own life out of this large block of stone and confused
it with your Self. This is where the idea of perception comes in but
ofcourse there is no such thing as perception. In the same way,
let’s say you are a child and you are given a toy and you are really
attached to this toy and you believe that this is my toy. But
ofcourse when you were given the toy, nothing changed about
the toy. The toy before it was your toy was still a toy. Nobody
owned it, you didn’t own it. It was just an object floating around
the universe. They gave it to you, you got so attached to it and
102
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
now you call it your own toy. But ofcourse you have created that
perception. Nothing happens to the toy when you say that this is
your toy. Except this is quite significant to realize that this toy is
not really mine and that I am creating the idea that its mine. So,
what I am saying all about is not a word game. Because it does
matter when a child is deluded and really believes that he owns
this toy. That ownership is some sort of objective reality or
property of the universe rather than the projection of the child
mind. So that is belief that this perceptual field is your own is just
a part of your biological being or the creature we are that this just
like that child reacting to that toy. This type of co-opting of this
field of consciousness by your ego happens so seem-lessly that we
took it as a physical fact. And we just completely embodied with
the idea that we are biological sentient creature and the parent
had reinforced this idea when we were young because the
parents were also embodied with the same idea and they were
very conscious and they reinforced the idea that we are the
sentient creature. And we were told that other sentient creatures
exist like birds, animals, plants and other humans and we start to
believe that all other such creatures are also the sentient
creatures like us.
But the reality is that we were carved out of the field of
consciousness like a negative sculpture and this looks like a
rectangle which looks like its real at first sight but that’s only the
way how it was carved out by all the surrounding material. And so
that is what we are. We are not the object that came into
existence rather we are the hole that was sort of carved out of
103
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
104
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
106
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
108
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
a lot more than that. Because what you are in this analogy is that
you are one of these bubbles, and what you see inside is the back
of that bubble or sphere. So that’s like our whole life. We have
lived our whole life like that bubble and even right now we are
living like that we are inside of this bubble. Now, we have
believed our whole life like that bubble but we have also believed
that there is something beyond the bubble, some objective or
material external reality. We have also believed that this bubble is
happening to some kind of object like there is a brain somewhere
in the external world or there is some biological creature that is
experiencing this bubble. But what we can realize from this
analogy is that there is no subject, there is only the bubble. There
is only the object, the entire sponge is just free-floating out in the
vacuum of empty space. But who is experiencing and perceiving
this sponge? And the answer to that is nobody. There is nobody to
perceive the presense of this sponge. The sponge is just as it is
and that is what we refer as “Being” and it is something that is
just is without anybody looking at it. This doesn’t change the way
how the sponge looks but it changes how you understand the
looking to be. This eliminates “You” from the equation and it de-
personalizes everything. Well, it’s still a little inaccurate to say
that this sponge is just floating out in the vacuum of empty space
because actually the sponge doesn’t occure within the time and
space. But the time and space is happening inside the sponge. The
sponge is not even limited by the physical laws as per we took it
to be out of what we say the reality. This is because all those
physical laws are present inside of that sponge and even inside of
109
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
all the bubbles and spaces. Each maybe having the own laws, own
times and even own realities.
We can take as many dimensions as we want to be in that sponge
reality whether internal or external. The sponge is actually infinite
by itself. So ofcourse right now I am presenting it to you as a
physical dimension object in the analogy that we are discussing.
The sponge itself is actually infinite, so ofcourse I am presenting it
to you as a three dimensional object in the analogy I am referring
to; let’s imagine that the sponge doesn’t really have a space. It
extends in every direction and even in the infinite number of
dimensions. So, if you have imagined that then the sponge
couldn’t have a space or shape whether its round or sphere. It
literally takes everything. It’s total and infinite. And we are just
like the tiny little bubble in the giant thing called a sponge per say.
The other thing to consider is that every other human being is like
that bubble in the sponge reality. But before that, consider
whether those bubbles are real but no they are not. These
bubbles are just really sort of illusions present in the reality to
make its existence predictable. There is no such substance called a
bubble. It’s completely hollow. And are these bubbles separate.
No, but these bubbles are exact opposite and unified, infact the
space of all these bubbles is the exact same space. It is one space
and its one emptiness. Whenever we say that we all are one it’s
because of the presence of one single space or perception in
which we are present. Infact, the analogy of sponge describes that
all the realites of the sponge comprise to be the one single reality
of it. But in order to identify that we will have to stop identifying
110
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
2. Now, try to notice that all of it is not biology and you are
not a biological creature. Also notice that this visual field is
not your’s. It only feels that it’s your life and constitutes
your whole life. Look at your hand and feel that this is just
an object floating out in the vacuum of empty space. What
there is present is only the “Being” and that is your hand.
So, de-personalize your experience of the “You”. Try not to
see this life as your experiences or as your perceptions.
This is the external world and it’s not hidden from you
rather it’s totally laid bare before the eyes. This is how the
external world looks and is like that. This is not us as
creatures experiencing the external world. This is the raw
world you have full access to reality right now. This visual
field that you have always thought is part of our biology,
this is not like that. This is the raw fabric of the universe.
That means the universe has shapes, colors, smells,
sounds, emotions, feelings, thought and ideas. It can think
and it can understand. That’s not the biology rather it’s the
raw and physical universe.
This is something which was always there and always present but
the problem is that we have mis-interpreted this, our whole life
and we have always assumed that these are just subjective
properties and stuff that happens to biological organisms inside of
brains. We will have to stop assuming that. That was the
groundless assumption and that was the bad assumption rather
what the raw universe is that what it actually is. It’s not basically
112
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
114
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
sponge perceiving itself by itself and this is all the game of self-
awareness but the awareness is something only for the living
creatures. This may seem almost impossible that the universe is
self aware but that may come across some possibility. We might
assume that awareness is not something that only living creatures
do and possess. Infact, there might be not such thing called living
creature because we might be mis-interpreting it to be the truth.
It can be a fiction because there might be not such thing, and we
may also not be such a thing to be called as living creature and
this can be our own self made truth in our own perceptual reality.
Then the other question arises that is how is it possible that the
awareness may even exist without the presence of the living
creature since it is a concept and phenomenon derived by the
perceptions of the living beings and humans? This question can be
countered by asking another question that how is it possible that
the awareness may even exist with the presence of the living
creature?
No matter, how we try to explain this, the awareness is a very
mysterious and weird thing and that is precisely what science is
not capable of explaining. The scientists and philosophers have
been trying hard to explain what awareness is for thousands of
years and they were quite un-successful at it, especially from the
western tradition and that is because the awareness is not a thing
and it can not be explained because it is a lot mystical. We could
never explain it because it’s the most fundamental thing ever and
we can not get more fundamental than the awareness. Awareness
is not the property of the biological creatures and it’s not like that
116
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
the rocks are not aware and then the day when the matter
evolves and one day any certain creature becomes aware. No, it’s
actually not like that. Awareness is actually a “Thing” practically
speaking the awareness doesn’t even exist. Awareness is the pure
“Nothing”, it’s a pure vacuum. Awareness is that where the
perception is suspended and perception is not a thing such that
nobody has the awarensss and no brain produces the awarenss.
The awareness is a name for nothingness. And if we do consider
the presence of the awareness then it’s already a mistake because
usually when we consider of it as something real then we think of
a specific field, but in reality it’s not like that rather its nothing. Let
us imagine that there is an alternative universe where the
awareness doesn’t exist. In this universe, there are no living
sentient creatures, there are no internal worlds, and there are no
feelings and perceptions. All there is just the facts, you might
think of objects such as a ball or something floating out in the
middle of the universe but there is nobody to perceive these
things. So, the collection of everything in that universe is also the
universe. The collection of all the facts of that universe is what we
call the truth. This ithe ultimate and absolute “Truth” and we
imagine this as reality. Whether anybody is looking at it or not, it’s
just there as a Truth and it will remain there. We might think of it
as a database with a bunch of entries. This thought might come in
our mind that this can be very boring since there is no love, no
emotions and thoughts, nothing interesting and we cant even
have living creature. So, this is kind of deep and dry universe with
everything in it yet nothing. So, basically what we are referring to
117
Hoax Sociology & Its Philosophy
118
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
120
Muhammad Haseem Ajaz
are just the illusion like the negative sculptures in the one unified
field. The last and final question which will arise in minds of all of
us is that how we even know about all this?
This may seem like a science-fiction but its not in actuall a science
fiction because its possible for us to realize that what is around us
and we can even perform the exercises to feel what is around us
and how it all works. Its all around us and we actually need is an
actual method and we need to properly interpret all this which
mostly means shutting down the mind and radical reasoning and
becoming very much attentive at the present moment with a very
focused point in mind and doing that after and after.
We can actually not make it happen at time we want but it will be
happening on its own but something which we can do is to sort of
make it click is to sit and focus on that actuality and start
meditating. There are several techniques that can actually help us
in this path. What makes this work so much challenging is that it
takes too much of our time and it’s emotionally difficult since we
are intimately involved with this inquiry. It’s not like when we sit
and just focus but our entire emotional system is attached with it.
We as humans are not all powerful because we can not be the
type of person we want to be and this is something that requires
too much of our efforts to do what we want and we are not. All
the deep emotions, sufferings and problems are deeply connected
to this inquiry which is why this inquiry is so much life-changing. If
we will go from this entire process, it’s going to change our whole
life. Every corner of our personality will be transformed because
we are talking about transforming the entire perceptual system.

people who are of same and even different thinking because it
helps a lot to grow and get involed with those who are open to
many new great ideas.
