Decision affecting the partnership will be made by mutual consent the of

The parties shall jointly provide resources required for the successful
implernentation of the partnership

r.8. Communication
The parties shall commit to open communication between each other and
other institutions at all level and shall equally bear the responsibility for
initiating the communication process.

t.g. Solidarity

Each party undertakes the following:

To find flexible and mutually agreeable solutions to situations beyond the

control of either party that affect programme implementation.

To actively seek the way to build mutual trust by fully sharing informarion,
confidences and problems, related to the partnership with the other party.

If either party believes that the other party is not iiving up the MOU, the
first party will communicate this to the other parry.
r.ro. Each Party understands that investments, revenue sharing and any
sequential financial arrangements will have to be negotiated on an activity
basis and will depend on the availabiiity of funds.

z. Marketing promotional and marketing materials if required will be

subject to approval from each party.
